OOC: Takes place after Green Trees

Quailpaw leaned on Daisybloom as they headed into camp. His hind leg limping from the pain. Blood streamed from it. "Is Cedarheat going to be okay?" He asked weakly. He hoped that his mentor beat the fox. That she was going to be okay.

Daisybloom nodded. ”Your mentor is a strong warrior. I’ll patch her up after I get to you.” she explained with a small smile. She started to press some cobwebs into a few of the smaller scrapes. She chewed up some goldenrod she had found and pressed the poultice into a few of the others. Finally, she decided to create a small splint for him, binding his leg with bindweed. ”How do you feel?” asked the medicine cat. ”Do you want a pain-killer herb?”

Quailpaw winced as Daisybloom put the herbs on his leg. "Yeah a painkiller herb would be fine." He said, lying down.

With a nod, she grabbed a few poppy seeds and laid them at his side. ”You stay here and rest. I’ll check back in you in a bit. I’m going to find Cedarheart.” Daisybloom padded out of the den quickly, looking for the warrior.

Quailpaw nodded at the medicine cat glancing at his leg before lapping up the poppy seeds.
