Heigh Ho, It's Off To Hunt We Go (Closed)

Fernpaw was sitting beside the fresh-kill pile, grooming the burrs and sand out of her sleek bi-color coat; earlier that day she had gone out battle training with Rippedsky, and she was proud of how far she had come in her training.  Her warrior ceremony had to be close, she could just feel it!  Despite that though, the adventurous young molly still had plenty of energy, and after giving her pelt one last lick she stood up and meowed; "Hey, does anyone want to go hunting?"

Willowflight's paws had itched to get out of camp all day long. He had recovered from his time captured by twolegs a long time ago, but the irritable warrior had been told to stay in camp even though all the scratches on his pelt had healed well enough. It had been bad enough being cooped up in a two-leg, silver cobweb mesh for moons- the last thing he needed was to be stuck again. So when this unfamiliar apprentice meowed what she meowed, Willowflight felt no problem joining her even if meant being stuck around a stranger. He wanted some fresh air, for Starclan's sake.

"I'll go," Willowflight told the she-cat gruffly, padding over to sit awkwardly by the fresh-kill pile with her as far away as he could to still count as being part of the hunting patrol.

Tawneyfur was laying in the sliver of sun that she found, but her ears perked up when the hunting patrol question was asked. Quickly she moved to her paws and trotted over to Willowflight and Fernpaw. "Count me in. The small tortoiseshell she-cat looked at the younger cat, "Where are we going, Fernpaw?"
