Forestkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Blizzardstar leaped onto the Highrock, a serious expression in her face as she looked at her clan from the elevated spot before finally speaking “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!”.

Forestkit walked out of the nursery, her pelt gleaming in the moonlight. she had groomed herself well, for she was going to be an apprentices. This was the moment she was waiting for, she was going to live in the apprentices den, she was going to meet her mentor, she would finally be able to leave camp. She padded to the foot of highrock and looked up at Blizzardstar.

Smokepaw bounded out of apprentice den and purred as forestkit was becoming an apprentice.

Once enough cats were gathered beneath the Highrock, the white leader finally decided to go on Forestkit, please, step forward” Blizzardstar waited for the apprentice to do as she was told before speaking again “Forestkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Forestpaw” She took a quick glance at the warriors gathered before picking one for the new apprentice “Your mentor will be Sunleap. I hope he passes down all he knows on to you” With that she jumped off the Highrock, dismissing the clan.
