She could still recall Dawnlight's initial hesitance to leave the shelter of the nursery and it was hard to resist the swell of fondness in her chest. "I'm sure once we all go out together, you'll never want to come back to camp unless you absolutely have to." She promised once more, leaning down to give each kit their own respective nuzzle of encouragement and affection.

"M-Mother, can you teach me to be the best warrior?" Silverkit asked while making his way to her. The small tom took a tumble before getting up again and nuzzling his mother.
