A whole new world [Open]

The weather was overcast, but the wind barely penetrated the well protected nursery, keeping Wolfkit warm and secure. But the kit wanted to do more than lie about nursing and sleeping, she wanted to see the world beyond. So despite knowing her mother, for some reason beyond her, was very protective of her, she snuck out, not understanding that she wasn't an ordinary kit. She was born of a rogue, and technically shouldn't have been adopted in the first place, and no one really believed she was the late Wolfkit reborn.

Wolfkit raced out into the muddy clearing, chasing a butterfly and landing herself in a oddly familiar situation of bumping into another cat.

"Ow!"

Quailpaw found herself quite bored at the moment, Ebonyleaf didn't really need her so she had nothing to do. The light colored tabby flickered her gaze around boredly. Though since the sickness had been in the camp, maybe she should go help Ebonyleaf no matter how much she refused, after all she did want to help. Quailpaw let her thoughts wonder for awhile, but only coming to her senses when she had felt something hard bump into her and a yelp of pain.

"What Hey!" She had said, out of surprisement looking down to Wolfkit whiskers twitching. "Watch where your going!" Quailpaw had hissed lowly, glaring at the kit with green eyes but gently blinked. "But are you alright? Does it hurt anywhere." The apprentice said her voice filled with obvious concern, as she took a quick step back to compeletly examine him.

Mousepaw sat all alone by the freshkill pile, looking out into the camp. A kit caught his eye as he scanned the area. "Is that...Wolfkit?" His eyes widened in terror. But she's dead! How could this happen! Then, Mousepaw remembere something that someone had said that Tunnelheart had brought back a lot from the Thunderpath that looked exactly like Wolfkit. The Tom padded over, his usual face of disgust turned to interest. He didn't botherto greet the other apprentice, but he stared at the kit. "Hello," he said. "Who are you?" The kit wa too small to be Wolfkit at her age now...it was a if Wolfkit had been reborn.

"Sorry! I didn't mean to!" Wolfkit squeaked, this was her first time meeting anyone other than her brother in the clan, Tunnelheart had been quite protective, keeping her safe from all dangers this time. She didn't fully understand how to respond to the apprentice. "I don't know. I feel fine."

And when she heard Mousepaw on her left, she shrunk back, a little intimidated by the larger cats. But her mother had told her that everyone in camp were a part of her clan, which meant they wouldn't hurt her at least. "Hi. Um, I'm Wolfkit. Nice to meet you?"

"And you." She added, turning to look at Quailpaw.

Tunnelheart quietly emerged from the nursery. The she cat had saw Wolfkit leave the nursery but she decided to let her. She sat down quietly just outside by the nursery entrance. She was quiet as she watch Wolfkiy before looking yo Mousepaw and Quailpaw.

Moonkit sat bored in the nursery alone from the other kits in the clan. She was quiet shy and hadnt really gotten to know her other denmates well because of that. She paded around lightly and quitely hoping that one of them would invite her to play with them

Mistkit yawned and woke up. She noticed Moonkit was awake. " Hi" Mistkit said, " what are you doing?" Her ears flicked as she heard Wolfkit and Quailpaw speaking.
