| Baykit padded out of the nursery. His pelt was sleek and well groomed, and his eyes shone with excitement. He was fully aware that this was his apprentice ceremony, and excited was an understatement for how he felt. He could finally hunt all day long without having to sneak out of camp for anything! He could finally train with a mentor, and eventually become a warrior.
