| Moonpaw could feel her heart skip a beat when Crowstar told her that he was going to be his mentor. At the beginning she just stood there, clearly in shock, before a smile made its way to her muzzle and walked towards him, trying to stay as calm and respectful as possible during the ceremony. She knew she was going to let out all these emotions as soon as it was over, this was the best day of her life so far!
“I promise to train hard and give it all I’ve got, I won’t let you down, Crowstar!” She meowed, excitement clear in her voice even if she was forcing her body to stay calm. She had come to really admire him and was still grateful for giving them a home when they were nothing but two lost young kits. For Moonpaw, Crowstar was her hero and role model alongside Antdrop and Tinypaw, and she really couldn’t believe that he was going to train her…was this a dream? If it was she really didn’t want to wake up. ______________________________________ Stormkit
