Hawkkit, Willowkit, Blazekit and Moonkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Crowstar jumped onto the tall branch and called out to his clan. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here for a clan meeting!"

OOC: can you add Blazekit? I kinda want him be made an apprentice with his sister :P

Willowkit padded proudly out of the nursery, ready to become an apprentice. The small cat couldn't wait to start training and wondered who would be her mentor. Hopefully Antdrop, she thought, she didn't know many warriors, and knew her father was a great warrior.

Antdrop sat in the crowd of cats, watching his daughter make her way to where the apprentices sat. He was so proud of her for being patient and couldn't wait to see her become a warrior. She'll need all the skill she can get with everything going on... Shaking the thoughts away, the black tom focused on his daughter's ceremony.

Hawkkit was watching the clearing from the nursery until he heard Crowstar's call. Drawing his attention away from the warriors and apprentices, the kit sat up and excitedly ran towards the gathering of cats. Finding Willowkit in the crowd, Hawkkit decided to sit next to the she-cat. "I hope it's our apprentice ceremony," he mewed, "I can't wait to start training!"

Nettletail looked at the new kits indifferently. She had long ago lost her dream of bearing Sedgeclaw's kits, but she'd usually had a soft spot for them. Maybe one would be a good fighter and she'd get them as an apprentice.

Blazekit ran and skidded almost crashing into Hawkkit. "Sorry!" He apologized "I'm so exited i could bounce of the walls of the camp!"

Moonkit followed her brother with a smile, however she was a lot calmer than him, walking instead of running “I wonder who will be our mentors” She meowed to the other kits, though her gaze was mainly focused on her brother.

Hawkkit quickly turned to Blazekit feeling startled as the tom approached in an unexpecting way. "Oh, it's okay!" he brushed off the incident, "Yeah, I'm excited as well," he mewed rather calmly. In the inside, Hawkkit's heart was racing from the ecstasy, but he believed that Blazekit truly was more excited than him. The tom acknowledged Moonkit, but decided to keep quiet and wait for Crowstar to speak.

Crowstar looked at the four kits who were on their way to be apprentices. "Hawkkit, Willowkit, Blazekit, and Moonkit. Please step forward." The leader said.

Moonkit took a deep breath to give herself courage. She felt like if she had eaten a thousand live butterflies for breakfast and now they all were flying inside her stomach. She, however, tried her best to behave and look calm, her aqua blue eyes trying to decipher Crowstar’s yellow ones, trying to find any kind of clue that would tell her who was going to be her mentor…it was good to know that even if she didn’t managed to guess she would still know the answer soon though.

Blazekit half-bounced,half-stepped forward

Hawkkit's heart skipped a beat the moment Crowstar called his name. This is it! he thought excitedly, happily padding forward. However, the tom felt a pang of nervousness hit him the moment he realised the Clan would be watching him. But, Hawkkit kept his head held high and shaked away his butterflies. The tom instead scanned the crowd of warriors, thinking which one of them would be his mentor.

Willowkit gave a happy nod, but couldn't say anything more, for they were soon called forth by by Crowstar. I'm going to become an apprentice! The small cat thought to herself, taking a step/hop towards the leader. Nervous yet excited, she couldn't help but give a glance back towards Antdrop, but then turned around, trying to focus.

"From this day forward, until you earn your warrior names, you will be known as Hawkpaw, Willowpaw, Blazepaw, and Moonpaw. Hawkpaw, your mentor will be Snowstorm. Willowpaw your mentor will be Antdrop, Blazepaw your mentor will be Nettletail, and Moonpaw I will be your mentor." The leader said, then jumped down to great his new apprentice.
