Tawnykit sat outside the nursery, tail over paws. She studied the warriors, the apprentices, the elders, not making a sound. She knew that one day she would be like them, and would defend the Clan with her life. She was determined to do it to the best of her ability. But that would have to wait until she started training in six moons. Now, she observed, with steely eyes. She admired them, the warriors, but they'd better not think she needed help!
