Dawnkit's first day out [Open to ThunderClan's kits

OOC: Yeshz. Let's do it. But I won't use it for about one more post because Wishkit doesn't like even the thought of fighting.

IC: Wishkit heard the faint mew of Dawnkit, but she couldn't make out what it said. She didn't know where it came from. She turned, racing towards what she thought was where the sound had came from, but it was actually the opposite direction.
"I'm coming, Dawnkit! I'm coming!" She shrieked...when she wasn't really coming at all.

OOC2: I'll PM Cloverpool and tell her that she can come in now.

ooc; Kk. After this post we'll wait for her.

ic; Dawnkit kept racing forward, the scent of the creature (she hadn't realized what it is yet) sharpening. Wishkit and the creature must be close! But as the scent of the creature grew sharper, the scent of Wishkit grew fainter.... Dawnkit slowed her pace. Wait.... Was Wishkit... Dawnkit whimpered. She couldn't force herself to imagined what the creature might have done to Wishkit. I never got to tell her how much I really liked her! she thought. But she forced herself not to think like that. That MUST NOT have happened. Dawnkit started running again. I have to find her!

OOC: Sorry guys I was doing hw my school gets out tomorrow after my last finals

IC: Cloverpool woke up to find Wishkit gone and hearing the little voices of Wishkit and Dawnkit. She ran out and growled at the fox cub tackling the fox cub. "Wishkit, Dawnkit run!!" The tortoiseshell she cat meowed.

Cloverpool used run-and-tackle -22 HP & -10 SP -5 more because enemy was not focused on Cloverpool

Wishkit was relieved to know that her mother had come in to save them. She now had to find Dawnkit. She leaped up over and over again to attempt to peer over the grass and find her friend.
"Dawnkit are you there?" She called to the north.
"Dawnkit?" She called to the south.
"Dawnkit are you there!?" She called to the east, and then she called again to the west. Whichever direction a reply came from was the direction that Dawnkit was in.

Dawnkit heard Wishkit's screams to the west. "Wishkit!! I'm here!" she yelled back, and raced toward Wishkit's voice. Wishkit's alive! she thought, utter relief washing through her from nose to tail-tip. Thank StarClan! Soon she saw Wishkit, and called out to her, "Where's the creature?" she shrieked. The smell of it was very strong now.

And so was another scent, extremely familiar and comforting. "Mommy!" she howled. Not letting Wishkit respond, she bounded toward Cloverpool's scent, and toppled into the battle area to see Cloverpool and the creature fighting. She could place a name to the creature now from how the elders had described them - it was a fox! And she was right under the fox's feet.

DUN DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN

Wishkit stayed at a safe distance, but she crouched with fear, watching and shivering.
"Y-you can do it, mother!" She called out to Cloverpool.
She didn't want to have to run again...her paws felt numb from running so much. Wishkit should've convinced Dawnkit to stay in the nursery. If she had, none of this would've happened. Her tiny tail drooped, yet she continued to watch.

Dawnkit slowly backed away from the fox, away from under it. But it's paw stepped down hard on her back. She smelled warm, hot blood, and soon felt it. She shrieked. She was finding it hard to breath. "Help!" she croaked.

Wishkit let out a blood-curdling shriek at the sight of blood, and her eyes seemed glazed with fear at seeing her friend bleeding in the middle of the field. She raced over to help her friend.
"Should I fetch Dreamleaf!?" She asked, wondering what to do. She was literally panicking.

"Help!" was all she could say.

ooc; let's wait for Cloverpool. I have to go anyway.

Cloverpool growled when the Fox stepped on Daw kit making her bleed. She would not take a stupid Fox hurting a kit. Cloverpool hurled herself at the Fox and pulled it of off Dawnkit by the scruff, shaking the Fox by the scruff in order to daze it long enough for the kits to run away. This was just like the time she and Blazingheart had fought the Fox.

Wishkit backed away, her fur streaming with blood. But her warrior instincts took over again, and she swatted at the fox with her paw.

Wishkit was horrified at the sight of her friend bleeding and her mother fighting...but she had to do something. Getting closer to the fox, she swung her front paw at it's muzzle, timidly, yet with as much force as the kit could muster.

As soon as they defeated the Fox Cloverpool ran over to Dawnkit and checked her back. "Dawnkit!! We have to get you to Dreamleaf right away, she has to look at that wound, it could get infected come on. Can you walk?" The she cat meowed president on her face.

"I could go fetch Dreamleaf for you, mother!" Wishkit offered from where she was sitting. She didn't want her friend to die...or be injured forever...
