Super Happy Fun Quick Patrol Times 2: Return of the Snowy Crows

Breezestar again was at a shallow part of the river, but this time, he was staring into the thicker part of SkyClan territory, right next to where RiverClan, ThunderClan, and their own clan met. "Again, keep an eye out for WindClan cats," he meowed, "You hear anything, you yowl. Let's go." They crossed the river back into their own land.

Crowpaw quickly followed after Breezestar. Since last time in the territory he felt a bit more confident. He also knew some battle moves so he could defend himself if needed. The scent of Windclan was stronger here, and made him a bit nervous but he could do this.

Snowpaw followed her leader. She listened for any russle in the bushes, and smelled for WindClan scent. She relaxed and kept walking. Fighting with her clan-mates against ThunderClan and WindClan let her practice some battle moves.

Breezestar walked through the territory, keeping his ears open and turning, waiting for any sign of unhappy visitors. He heard nothing though. "Alright, let's see who is the better climber." He meowed. "Who can climb the furthest up that tree?" He pointed to the tallest tree he saw. "Go!"

Crowpaw instantly dashed over to the tree jumping up to the lowest branch, and then climbing his way up to the rest. It took him a moment but he finally reached the top. He looked down at Breezestar waiting on the next thing to do.

Snowpaw quickly ran up to the trunk of the tree. She jumped branch to branch and saw she was making good progress. She made it to the top.

Breezestar smiled proudly. "You're both wonderful climbers. True SkyClan cats." He began to jump through the trees again. "Come on, we'll travel up near the river." There weren't enough of them to go deep into the land by themselves. "Tell me what your favorite kind of prey is."

Crowpaw quickly went down the tree as fast as he went up. He wanted to prove he could keep up with Breezestar. Once he was caught up with his leader, he finally decided to reply. "I like squirrel."

Snowpaw followed Breezestar. "Bird is great, but my favorite prey is rabbit." she answered.

"Interesting," he meowed. "Now go see if you can track your favorite prey down and catch it."

Well he did that last patrol he went on with Breezestar but he supposed he could do it again. Crowpaw moved away from the other two, checking the scents finally he found a squirrel scent, and followed it. Finally he saw it, and when he did he crouched down. He crept closer, then pounded and killed it in one swift blow. He returned, a happy look on his face, and a squirrel in his jaws.

Snowpaw smiled and carefully smelled the air. After walking around sniffing, she found some rabbit scent. She went into a hunter's crouch and followed the scent trail. After about a minute, she found it. Wow! It's big enough to feed a quarter of the clan! she thought excitingly. She pounced and quickly killed it with a swift bite to the neck. She brought it back to the patrol. It was so big, she had trouble not dragging it.

While they were out hunting, he found two fat birbs, which where now dangling from their tails from his mouth. "Good work, you two." He meowed. "It's starting to get dark so lets head back now."

Snowpaw nodded, carrying her rabbit. She followed Breezestar. She looked at Crowpaw's squirrel and she said, "That's a nice squirrel you caught"

With his squirrel in his mouth, Crowpaw followed Breezestar back to their temporary home. "Thanks." He mumbled through the squirrel in his mouth. "Your rabbit looks nice too."
