A New Kit [Open]

A fluff ball of a sort of newly born kit, sat in front of the entrance of the nursery. This kit, Crowkit, looked a bit irritated. Like he wasn't to fond of something at the moment. It was actually the breeze the was bothering him. The small black kit didn't really like the fact that the breeze was somehow cutting through his long fur. His yellow eyes watched the others move around the camp. Maybe it was a good idea for him to move around too? His eyes shifted back towards the nursery.. His mother told him not to get in anyone's way... What to do? Ugh this was a hard choice.

Sandpaw carefully picked her way into camp. She had just returned after many days away from camp after a fight with a new apprentice. She had attempted to groom her fur but she missed parts around her wounds which were swollen and red. Sandpaw turned her eyes to the kit at the nursery. Some new kit. Perfect. She she-cat crossed the camp toward the nursery at a slight limp.

Yellow eyes caught sight of the apprentice approaching him. He didn't know this cat, but knew she was apart of this clan. He observed that Sandpaw had a slight limp, and there were a few spots with wounds. "Are you alright?" He asked, ignoring his irritated mood he got from the chilly weather.

Sandpaw looked at the kit with green eyes.
"I'm fine. I see you are a new kit, hmm?" she mewed.

She didn't seem alright, but it was her business not his. "Yeah I'm new. Name's Crowkit." Now his curiosity was getting the better of him. All kits were interested in what the warrior's and apprentice's did, so it was only normal for him to ask questions. "Who are you? And did you get those wounds from a battle? or a fight with other clans?" His yellow eyes sparkled slightly at the thought of fighting other clans.

Sandpaw looked at him and her jaw clenched a bit.
"I am an apprentice, almost a warrior... I got these wounds... from a fight... with another clan cat," she mewed. She had salted it with a bit of a lie. Maplepaw had been a Thunderclan cat so she guessed it counted,"They were a Thunderclan warrior."

"That's so cool! Did you win?" He asked, unaware that Sandpaw was lying slightly. "I can't wait to start my training! I want to be able to win against anyone who challenges me!" The kit stood up his fur poofing out a little bit as he worked himself up. He really just was a tiny fluff ball at this point.

"Uh... ya..." she mewed. Then she felt a little more confident. It was okay.
"Just you wait," she purred," I bet you'd beat everyone!"

"I'm gonna train so much that I will be able to beat the Thunderclan leader!" He liked the sound of that, being able to beat the thunderclan leader who he didn't even know the name of yet. Who was the Thunderclan leader again? "Wait who are the leaders again? I only know Breezestar.." He said looking down at the ground, a little embarrassed that he didn't know. He felt like he should have.

Sandpaw smiled.
"Well there is Spottedstar of Thunderclan. She is old but very wise. It would be mouse-brained to take her on.. Then there is Thrushstar who is the leader of Shadowclan. And Falconstar of Windclan... and Fishstar of Riverclan. And of course our lovely leader, Breezestar," Sandpaw purred.

Did she just call him a mouse-brain? He let out a small huff. "Well when I challenge her I'm gonna make sure I am the best warrior ever, so that way I won't lose." He wasn't going to give up the idea of challenging the Thunderclan leader. "And once I beat her, I will challenge the other leaders too! Well except for Breezestar. I won't ever beat him."

Sandpaw looked at him doubtfully.
"I know you'll be an amazing warrior... but challenging all the leaders is a very bad idea," she sighed," it'll make cats dislike you, they'll be afraid to approach you. And if you defeat Spottedstar, her deputy would just take her place," Sandpaw mewed then looked down.

"Well if they are scared of me then they would think twice of messing with Skyclan. I just want fight them. I don't want to kill them or take over there clan or anything. Starclan made five clans for a reason." It seemed like he had thought this through. Even though he was set on it now, when he finally becomes a warrior he will most likely forget about this wild dream of his, and be more focused on the warrior tasks given to him.

Sandpaw looked at him questioningly.
"We may be small but the other clans know not to mess with us," she smiled.

Crowkit puffed up his chest slightly. "Good! Cause if they do then they will have a might force to reckin with!" He dug his tiny claws into the ground slightly. "I bet the two of us could take on at least five warriors, seeing how you beat a Thunderclan warrior already, and you are just an apprentice!" Yellow eyes looked back to Sandpaw. "I wish you were a warrior, cause I want you as my mentor." Crowkit remarked.
