Minkkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Breezestar stood tall upon the Tall Branch. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here for a clan meeting!"

Minkkit eyes sparkled, was this his ceremony?? Oh Starclan he hoped, this was his moment to shine! But then his mother grabbed him by the scarf and started bathing him quickly, Minkkit sighed, good thing he wasn't near the leader, or the rest of his clanmates, but after a while he pushed away from his mum and pushed his way to the front of the cats, closest to the leader.

"Minkkit has reached the age of six moons and it's time for him to be apprenticed." The tom meowed. "From this day forth until he has earned his warrior name, he will be known as Minkpaw. Rockfall will be his mentor."
