Frostkit, Goldenkit, Lionkit, Shinekit and Sunkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Littlefang walked over to them. "That's your grandfather on the highrock. He seems like he would be leader, eh?" He sat by his kits and watched them talk until they were to be called up.

Sunkit stopped talking and looked at his father in wonder. "Duskfall is our grandfather?" he asked in awe. "Is he your dad?"

"Wow cool!" Goldenkit meowed. She hoped that the meeting would be about them.

"You look just like him, Dad!" The little white kit pipped up, seeing the striking similarities between the pair. But personally she thought her father Littlefang looked cooler.

Sunkit nodded. "Yeah, you do look like him a bit!"

Coalpaw looked to Goldenkit quietly and smiled some."sure go on a bead " She mewed.

"Yes he is my father. Now, let's let grandpa get on with the ceremony, sillies." He smiled and gave each son and daughter a happy lick on the head.

Shinekit yawned of sarcasm. I wonder what Goldenkit is talking about…" She murmured.

Sunkit immediately sat up straight and sturdy, trying to show his father how worthy he was of getting apprenticeship. He looked up at the Highrock to see Duskfall. When was the meeting going to start? He was so excited!

Whitecloud had been sitting there the entire time, bemused by her kits. She was stuck with a wave of melancholy at the thought of the five growing up. It barely felt like six moons and seeing listening to them come one pawstep closer to becoming warriors only hurt the queen. It was almost nauseating. She rose from her spot and strolled up to her kits, licking the heads one by one. She had probably licked someone else's head in the process, by she ignored it.

"Remember to respect your mentors. They have it rough, training you rascals. Don't forget to clean your fur, and please, don't get into much trouble. I want you all to come back to me safely at the end of the day," she purred. Pausing beside Littlefang, she nuzzled him and sat down once more.

Sunkit purred at his mother. "I love you, Mom," he said. He nuzzled her chest, and looked up at her fondly. Though she was blind, he though Whitecloud was the best mother ever.

OOC: Okay, Stormchu, the whole family is here, can we start the ceremony now? XP

OOC: I had to wait until all the kits a part of the ceremony posted.

"Ahem." Duskfall interrupted, looking over at the kits bemused. He could see they were all quite energetic and very ready to leave camp to explore the world. In fact, it was probably best for everyone they became apprentices before their antics burned down the nursery.

"Frostkit, Goldenkit, Lionkit, Shinekit, and at but not least, Sunkit. Please step forward."

Blazingheart watched as Duskfall started the ceremony. The tom sat quietly and waited for the kits to step forward.


Frozenflame sat still, watching silently.
