Frostkit, Goldenkit, Lionkit, Shinekit and Sunkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Duskfall leapt up onto High Rock to call out to the clan. It was time for some of the many kits of Thunderclan to become apprentices. It was an honour to be conducting the ceremony on behalf of Spottedstar.

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath Highrock for a clan meeting!"

OOC: it hasn't even been 4 days

OOC: Been a week since they were created, and they've all RP-ed once. They are of age. So technically no problems here.

Coalpaw padded from the Medicine Cat's den  and sat just outside it to watch the clan meeting. The dark she cat sat quietly her dark tail curled neatly around her and rested on her paws,while her icy blue eyes looked to her father,Duskfall.

Softsong padded from the nursery where she had been for a while since she had adopted Rainkit. She sat outside the nursery for a moment before joining her other clanmates to watch the meeting.

OOC: Usually we measure from the birth topic. At least some people do.

IC: Littlefang stepped out- you could imagine his shock when he realized his kits had been with Whitecloud for six moons. He grabbed a seat in the middle, watching, quite amused as his kits were stepping out of the nursery.

OOC: Where are the other two kits? Lionkit and Shinekit? Siblings are usually to have their apprentice ceremony together, no?

OOC: They already rped before they were born. The birth thing was kinda last minute.

Hawkstrike sat next to her father to see her nieces and nephews become apprentices. They all looked too young in her eyes, but she guessed they all were when they were kits.

Shinekit's ears pricked up and her eyes popped open. She ran outside of the nursery in excitement.

Frostkit ran out to join her sister in the middle of camp, her white pelt glossy and well groomed. They'd heard stories of adventures, and was keen to have some of her own.

"I'm so excited, Shinekit!"

"Me too!" Shinekit's ears flicked when she smiled.

Goldenkit walked out of the medicine cat den. "Coalpaw, I know this is silly, but may I sit by the High-Rock?" Goldenkit asked, kindly. She hoped. She would do anything to sit with her siblings. And she almost forgot two things... Goldenkit had never been to a Clan meeting before, and that it had been six moons since she was born.

Frozenflame sat next to his mate in the clearing. He watched as he realized that these kits were related to Hawkstrike. He smiled and waited, hoping he would become a mentor, but doubting he would.

Blazingheart sat in the group of cats and looked up at Duskfall, his best friend. He remembered back to when he was a kit, receiving his apprentice ceremony. Blazingheart purred and waited for the ceremony to start.

Goldenkit purred. "Wow, it's been so long, since everything." She was more scared now then the badger attack. She had been healed well, by Coalpaw. Coalpaw was a gifted medicine cat apprentice.

Sunkit stepped out of the nursery, and strutted over next to his other siblings. He sat down next to Shinekit and Frostkit. He saw Goldenkit outside the medicine cat den. What is she doing over there? he wondered. "Goldenkit!" he called to her. He beckoned her with his tail to tell her to sit with her siblings.

Then he realized Goldenkit had never been to a ceremony with the Clan, so she didn't know how to act in one, especially if it was her own.

Sunkit gazed around the clearing wondering who his mentor would be. He was so excited! He would be the best apprentice ever, even better than his siblings, though he was sure they would all be brilliant. He knew his siblings were all thinking the same thing, but he would make sure that he was the one who was the best. He purred with delight.

OOC: Why is Duskfall calling the ceremony together and not Spottedstar?

"Hush, Sunkit. Let Goldenkit take her time. It hasn't been long since since her wound." Frostkit whispered to her brother, looking over at her sister concerned. She nudged her brother with her shoulder as she spoke. She knew he was just trying to be helpful, but she just wanted her family to settle down so it could start.

OOC: I was asked by Rose to hold the ceremonies until she was free to do so again.

OOC: Oh okay.
IC: Sunkit ducked his head in shame and embarrassment as he realized that his sister was a bit mad at him. "I'm sorry, Frostkit," he mumbled. "I forgot about the badger attack."
