Kestrelkit, Moonkit, and Robinkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Falconstar leaped to the top of the Tallrock and called down to his clan, "All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the Tallrock for a clan meeting!"

CloudPatches walked out at the call of FalconStar. He looked at the kits ready to be apprenticed and frowned. It wasnt too long ago that his own apprentice had died from a badger attack. Maybe he would get a new apprentice? Still losing LightningPaw hurt badly.

Swiftfoot walked out after her mate and sat down next to him. Seeing his sadness about Lightningpaw, as she guessed, she gently sent him a look of concern and grief, and then turned to Falconstar. Perhaps... Maybe an apprentice ceremony? Oh I hope I get an apprentice!

Kestrelkit strode, head held high, out into the clearing. It was her time.

Robinkit walked into the clearing a little more casually. He knew that it was his turn to become an apprentice, but had vowed to keep his excitement to a minimum. The anticipation rose in the to-be apprentice as he had quickly bounded to catch up to his friend, who of coarse he sat by.

Moonkit walked into the clearing with pride. He had been too sick to become apprentices with his siblings, but now was his time. However, he walked into the clearing a bit hesitantly as he was self conscious that he was older than the other 2 kits.

Scarletheart walked into the clearing and gathered beneath the Tallrock. She was curious to see who the soon-to-be apprentices were. The she cat turned her head and watched the kits. She nodded her head before looking up at Falconstar.

Once enough cats had gathered around, Falconstar continued. "It is time to introduce three new apprentices into the clan. Kestrelkit, Moonkit, Robinkit; until you are ready to become warriors, you will be known as Kestrelpaw, Moonpaw, and Robinpaw. Your mentors will be Eaglethorn, Graystorm, and Pebblelight. Listen to your mentors, and I know you all will become warriors your clan can be proud of."
