Scratchkit's Apprentice Ceremony

It was time for another ceremony. Thrushstar leaped onto the Jaggedrock and called for the clan once again. "Let all cats old enough to capture their own prey gather underneath Jaggedrock for a clan meeting!"

Scratchkit proudly trotted out of the nursery, head held high and chest puffed out. His fur was groomed and shining in the sun. "My apprentice ceremony!" he whispered to himself. Scratchkit settled in the front row and looked up at Thrushstar.

OOC: oh snap I am so sorry...

"Tonight we gather to make this kit an apprentice," Thrushstar announced. "Scratchkit, from this day until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Scratchpaw and your mentor shall be Cloudbillow. May he teach you everything he knows." With that, the Shadowclan leader leaped off of the rock to let the clan celebrate the new apprentice.

Scratchpaw grinned and padded up to some of his friends to talk.
