With a faint smile, Kitekit looked around the nursery, making sure to note of all the details from the position of the moss to the small cracks on the floor. She had to remember this, just had to. The she-kit didn't know why, but it was always her favorite past time. Looking over to Smokekit, twitching her whiskers, the black and white kit mewed, "What do you plan to do now?"

Smokekit shrugged. "We could sleep", he glanced over his shoulder,"or I could look for Rainkit, and leave you to do your own thing". Smokekit gazed out the den entrance to notice that night had fallen. He yawned. Sleep seemed to be the most reasonable thing to do now, but he wanted to see what Rainkit was up to. Who knows, she might be bothering the medicine cat again, or doing something else stupid. Smokekit looked at Kitekit, patiently waiting for a reply.
