MASS BATTLE TRAINING (Anyone who needs this join)

Hawkpaw looked around her. She had her sibling to battle with, but there was also Owlpaw. She waited for one of them to ask her sense she couldn't make up her own mind.

The brown apprentice looked over at Bristlepaw at his question. "Fine with me." All he hoped was that he wouldn't embarrass himself in front of everyone- including the leader and deputy! Getting up in a long stretch, he stretched every part of him that could be stretched to get ready.

Berrypaw looked over to Hawkpaw. "Want to be partners?" he asked. He didn't know who else to ask.

Hawkpaw looked over at Berrypaw, noting that he spoke up first. Looking back at Owlpaw, she felt a twinge of sadness. "Sure!" she exclaimed, pushing the feeling to the side.

Owlpaw looked at Hawkpaw to "ask" her if she wanted to be partners with him, but he saw that she was already with Berrypaw. He saw Ravenpaw was without a partner, and sat next to her. He looked at her and smiled, hoping she would notice him.

OoC: The problem with being mute is that it's hard to get others' attention XD

Badgerpaw, who had totally been there the whole time, glancing around the clearing. There wasn't many cats left to be picked as partners, so he headed toward Sootpaw, giving the apprentice a bit of an odd smile. "Wanna team up?"

Eaglepaw glanced over to see Badgerpaw ask Sootpaw to train with him, a frown forming on his face as the cats he knew best already had paired up without him. Scoffing indignantly, he turned to look at the remaining apprentices. Where are Applepaw and Breezepaw anyway? They're always late! While he would've loved to give a beatdown to his sister, he realized that he should probably act before he was left training with the grass. Padding over to one of the apprentices - Mistpaw was her name, he believed - he nodded to her and said, "Hey, looks like it's you and me then."

"O-Oh, yeah, haha, I-I guess it is" she clumsily stuttered, she felt as if, he only paired with her because she was the only one left. As she sat her paws swiftly went over her paws.


OOC: Shortness

Heatherpaw waited to see if anyone wanted to team up with him. He didn't really know any of the other apprentices very well, so he didn't want to ask around himself.

Sootpaw looked at Badgerpaw for a moment, before giving a quick glance at Eaglepaw. "Sure.." She said not so surely. Before Badgerpaw could reply she looked back up at Raccoonstar waiting to start.

Raccoonstar glanced around for a moment to see everyone was paired up. She looked at Heatherpaw for a moment. "Heatherpaw you can join Sootpaw, and Badgerpaw." She said before looking to get started. "All right, First move to be done is Front Paw Blow. All of you should know how to do it."

ooc: Who here doesn't know how to use the battle system?

Hawkpaw turned to Berrypaw and make eye contact, her first. She bounded to her sibling and made a jab toward him. With only him to dodge it, she avoided his blow back and slammed her paw against him, jumping away from him. "Ha!"

OOC: Coon: I'm good.

IC: Berrypaw dodged Hawkpaw's blow and twisted to strike her with his paw.

Turning to his partner, Deerpaw nodded his head, indicating that he would start. Taking a step back, he lunged a black paw out to jab right where Bristlepaw's shoulder met his chest. Immediately recoiling, he waited for a counter-attack.

Ooc:Rose, be careful not to make someone's move for them. It's called Godmodding if you do. cx (And it's against the rules~)

Bracing himself for the blow, Bristlepaw felt a paw hit his body. It didn't hurt too bad, most likely because they were keeping their claws off of each other. He then, not having a moment to waste, leaped forward at his sparing partner. He felt like a blur, he probably wasn't but that's what he felt like. Bristlepaw's left fore-paw stretched out, his ears folded back on instinct. Quickly, he brought his paw down heavily on his partner's head. He leaped back, waiting for Racconstar to speak again.

OOC:Splotch: Oh my goodness! How did that get there? I was just typing that after I was doing a story so I guess I was used to putting characters actions in there. So sorry, didn't notice that DX

IC: Hawkpaw tried to twist away from the paw, but felt it graze her as she moved away. She stumbled slightly. 'No way am I going to let my younger sibling beat me!' and she forward and feighened a blow to the left, only to swiftly retract it at least second and throw her other paw toward Berrypaw.
