Derpin seems to be the phrase

Smokepaw sat in front of the apprentices' den watching others go by in the camp. She hoped that maybe one of them would stop, and talk to her, or that her mentor would come by and take her for training. Well it was just getting close to evening time, so she was a little tired for being up earlier than moonrise.

Hailkit looked up at the larger cat and he prodded her back. He sat down next to her. "Is something the matter?" He asked, willing to hear any problems or just sit there watching the camp having a daily life, anything really. :3

Smokepaw's ears perked up at the sound of a little voice. She looked over to see Hailkit. "Hello little one. There isn't a problem with me, I just wanted to talk to someone. Since you're here, it's all better." Smokepaw mewed her yellow eyes brightening up.

Hailkit giggled. "Well why do you seem so glum?" He asked, poking her paw. "You are a fluffy cat, aren't you?" He asked, rolling onto his back.

Shadekit padded out of the nursery, squinting in the brightness of the sun. "Hi Hailkit! Hi Smokepaw!" she mewed. "What's up?" She gazed at Smokepaw. "And why do you look so gloomy? Is there something wrong?" The black kit padded up to the apprentice, sat before her, and tilted her head in confusion.

"I am not glum at all. Smokepaw mewed as she lifted her furry paw, and poked at the kits stomach. "Also I may be furry, but at least I am not a fuzzy little kit. She teased with a smile. She looekd towards the new voice, as Shadekit approached. "Hello Shadekit

Hailkit looked at her paw, covering his belly. "No!" He whined, and turning to the other kitten. "She's more fluffy then me." He growled playfully. He shifted himself into a sitting position.
