The Last of SkyClan

"I will stay with her. I am sure there are some questions that need to be answered for her, also there is some questions I want to ask her as well, after that I will get her settled in." Raccoonstar mewed to her child. "Tiwstedpaw you may rest now, I am sure you will have some training soon."

Twistedpaw glanced at Lavanderkit then back to his mother, nodding. He spun around and walked over to where Ivykit was still sitting. "Come on, you should head back to the nursery," he whispered softly to her before he parted ways and padded toward the apprentice den. He paused to glance back at Raccoonstar and the small kit, a smile appear on his face as he watched them before disappearing into the den to sleep.

Ivykit looked at Twistedpaw. "But, I don't want to! I want to be able to greet Lavenderkit when she wakes up..." The end of her sentence ended with her ears flat, but she would have to obey the older tom. Going up to Raccoonstar, her eyes clouded with hope. "Raccoonstar, when she wakes up, c-can I help her get situated? But if not, that is okay..." She whispered to the leader. Oh; yes; she was a curious and helpful fur ball, but if she got in the way, she'd take the punishment. As she started heading back to the nursery, she hoped Raccoonstar would let her know of the decision.

The leader turned to the kit with a soft gaze, "I will let you know when she wakes up.." Raccoonstar said to Ivykit. She turned back to the kit wrapped up in her tail. She watched for a moment before curling up around the kit to keep Lavenderkit, a little bit more warm than just a tail. She watched as the others hurried around the camp.

Eventually, Falconfang padded back into camp, making his way towards Raccoonstar to report his findings. "Raccoonstar," he mewed, "I didn't find any remaining traces of Skyclan on the territory. Just the scent of where Twistedpaw found the kit. I wonder why they'd just leave a kit on our territory..." It didn't make a lot of sense, but maybe there was something wrong in Skyclan. "Do you think we should investigate further? Maybe go into Skyclan territory?" He had left to check for more Skyclan scents quick enough that he hadn't heard anything the kit had said to the rest of the clan.

Raccoonstar frowned in response to Falconfang's findings. She pondered on whether it would be worth it to go to the territory of Skyclan, and who she would take. Of course it would trouble if they ran into a Thunderclan patrol or a Shadowclan one, but since the leader's kit had shown up hear, and if what Lavenderkit says is true then it would be worth the trip. She lifted her head, and looked at her deputy. "We will go look tomorrow, I want to take lavenderkit with us if we visit the camp, and someone is looking for her. Also if there is no one there then maybe she can help us with locations of the camp." The leader paused for a moment before deciding to speak again. "If we find any traces in the camp, I want them to be followed until we can't follow them anymore.

Falconfang nodded, agreeing with his leader's decision. It would be best to go check out the territory. If nothing else, they could at least return the kit: Windclan didn't need to take care of Skyclan cats. Nodding again, the deputy walked out of the den and went to the fresh kill pile, leaving Raccoonstar with the kit.

Pricking up her ears, she heard someone mewing about going back to SkyClan camp. Lavenderkit mewed sleepily, "I thought I told you already... Nobody is left at SkyClan's camp or in the territory." The kit yawning, got out of Raccoonstar's warmth, despite the fact that it was really nice, and asked, "Is it possible if I could stay in the nursery for now?... Besides, don't go back to SkyClan. It's deserted." Lavenderkit hated to admit that her clan was so weak that it was deserted. Still, SkyClan would be a small memory in her mind - it would've been as if it never existed after she blends in with WindClan. That's what she thought anyway. It wasn't right to think of SkyClan being weak and dissolving, so the kit pushed that to the back of her head. "Everyone in SkyClan's gone. Silentstar left on a mission already, but will be back for me one day. Even so, she told me to stay here until she does come back, so you can't make me leave... Wait, actually you have power over me to do that, but what about the Warrior Code? They said that you can't exactly leave a kit in danger, even if they are from another Clan, right?" The kit mewed as she saw the doubtful looks of keeping her here. Her eyes sleepy, Lavenderkit wanted to go back to sleep, but without waiting for permission, headed towards the nursery.

Ivykit had been awake, straining her ears to listen, yet she only picked up tiny bits and scraps. When she saw Lavenderkit come in, she looked at her. "Hi... Want to sleep with... me tonight? I wo-would like the c-company..." she tiredly mewed. Ivykit wanted the company of someone else, because her fake mother was back to her warrior duties, and she wasn't a fan of being alone.
