Flamestar nodded again.

Ooc: Let's wait for others.

Larchpaw sat up, and watched her father, the joy leaving her eyes. Her claws flexed in the sandy area. "What first?" she asked. Her voice flat. She finally realized that this is what would make her more... powerful. When it came to real battles, she would show no mercy. She vowed that, and would keep that promise. She let the forest scent fill her nostrils while she waited for when she could practice.

Flamestar reared up. "Try this. It's called Front Paw Strike". He meowed, raking the air quickly with his paws before jumping back on four paws again.

Larchpaw nodded, She slashed the air ferociously, quickly, and swiftly, as a practice.

Ooc: I was waiting for others to post but whatever o-o;

Ic: Flamestar nodded. "Good. Next we'll try something slightly difficult." He meowed. "It's called Belly-rake." Suddenly he ducked forward with a spin, raking his claws on an invisible enemy.

"Like that." He concluded, leaping to his paws.

Larchpaw nodded. She tried to do it, and ended up hurting her back. She winced and stopped. She tried again, and got it right. "Like that?" she mewed,

OOC: Completely forgot about this... -u-;

IC: Silentpaw copied Flamestar as best as she could. She mimicked Front Paw Strike easily, but Belly-Rake gave her a little trouble. Silentpaw got the spin part correctly, but forgot to rake her claws on her "enemy." Shaking her head, she tried again, doing it perfectly. "Stupid paw forgot to rake! Well was that alright?" She asked, hoping it was a yes.

Flamestar chuckled a bit but nodded. "Great job. You two are naturals." He purred. "Alright, next we'll try Leap-And-Hold. You'll leap on your opponents back and hang on, putting all your weight down on them, but then jump off when they try to duck away." The tom then exampled the move, leaping on a nearby tree and digging his claws in, shaking and raking his claws through the bark before leaping down. "Try it."

Looking towards a nice clean tree, Silentpaw once again mimicked Flamestar and found this move a bit easy. Leaping on the tree, she pretended it was a cat, trying to shake her off, and she raked into its back, before leaping off. "Like that?" Silentpaw asked, her eyes shining.

Larchpaw also found this move easy. She leaped really high, so she knew how high she could go when she was facing an opponent, so if they were to tall, she wouldn't make that mistake. She found out she leaped pretty high, and she hung on with her claws for awhile. Leaping off, she sat and curled her tail around her paws.

The flame-colored tabby nodded, because he doesn't like to repeat "Flamestar" in his sentences all the time.

"Perfect. Last one, but this one is much harder." He warned, straightening up. "It's a special move only Skyclan cats know, called 'Sky Slice'. It's very powerful as well. Watch closely." He suddenly darted up a tree, disappearing among the leaves. Everything quickly went silent in the tree, until a leaf was blown towards the roots. As if it were an enemy cat, Flamestar dropped down with a hiss, claws extended and body weight balanced downward for full impact on the leaf. He landed on it and shredded it quickly with his claws before leaping back and looking up at the two.

"Like that." He finished calmly, as if nothing happened.

"Could you do that again? I had no idea what was going on." Silentpaw replied, her eyes couldn't watch the actions. It happened to quickly for her.

Larchpaw watched, and nodded. "Watch me, sis!" she mewed. She took a few steps back, and darted up the tree. She struggled with the last few steps, but she got into the tree, balancing her weight, when she was quiet, she sent a few leaves down, and launched onto them. She landed unbalanced, but quickly recovered, slashing the leaves. "I was close!" she said. "I just need to work on my landing." she spoke proudly. "Your turn!" she said, nudging her sister.

Flamestar nodded and repeated the move, this time a bit more slowly. "You two can both practice it a bit and then we'll head back." He purred, nodding in approval to Larchpaw. "Good, but try putting your weight on your front paws as well as balance your tail; That should help with the landing."
