Meeting with Dawnlight

A flash of grey streaked though the Fourtree clearing, and quickly bounded onto the Highrock. "Ha, it's getting easier to get on here everyday!" Stormeye laughed as he slid to a stop on the great rock. His icy blue eyes flickered around the clearing, hoping to see the pale tabby pelt of his sister hidden in the bushes that surrounded the clearing. He laid down after a while, hoping his sister would come soon, as he wanted to tell her the news he had to share.

In one of the great trees, there sat Dawnlight. She knew her brother would come, and she found the perfect place to hide. She looked down on the tom on the rock, and leaped. "Stormeye!" She yelled as she landed next to him.

Stormeye jumped a good foot in the air when his sister landed next to him and sounded his name. His faced his sister, his eyes bright. "Dawnlight!" he purred, his long tail flickering. "I have great news!"

"What is it?" She asked looking at her brother, who by now was bigger than her. She tilted her head like she normally does.

"I'm a father!" he purred, sitting down. "Me and Ravenfeather had a kit. His name is Lightningkit."

"Congratulations!" Dawnlight purred. "Who knew the apprentice that got into a fight with a warrior would be a father?" She asked herself, with delight in her eyes.

Stormeye laughed, wrapping his tail around his paws. "I never would of thought I would be a father myself. I'll have to bring Lightningkit to meet you when he becomes an apprentice."

"That would be nice. I hope he doesn't get into trouble like you did." She mewed with a laugh. "You better watch that kit then." She mewed.

Stormeye eyes flickered with amusement. "Oh, I am going to be careful to make sure he doesn't get into trouble."

"You better, I don't want anymore apprentices trying to pick a fight with a warrior." Dawnlight laughed a bit. "So anyway how is Windclan?"
