The True Confession

Wisppaw bolted through the forest, dodging tree roots and low-hanging branches. After a while, he came to a clearing with kitten soft moss blanketing the ground, and just the right amount of branches hanging over it to provide enough shade and enough sunlight. A nearby tree was also loaded with wood mice and gray squirrels, and the occasional bird. The black and white tom had found his paws carrying him over to the softest patch of moss-large enough for two cats- and pawing at it until he made a temporary nest. He then turned his blue eyes to the way he came, hoping Poppyseed had followed him like he'd asked.

Poppyseed yawned, padding through the branches, "Now what do you want?" Poppyseed demanded. "I guess some warriors just can't get some sleep"



ooc: You notice Poppyseed is way out of Wisp's league :'D

OOC-Nu, I refuse to believe that!

IC- "Well, I.....I wanted to tell you, that...." the tom shuffled his paws, looking up to watch Poppyseed's ice blue ones. He inhaled deeply, his chest doubling it's size, then began to speak. "Poppyseed, I love. Ever since we first met I have...I've just...known...."

ooc: No matter what you say, Poppy will always be way out of Wisp's league :D



IC: "W-what?" Poppyseed gasped, But... I love Firestorm... she took a step back. "I would've never guessed"

OOC- NUUUUUU.

Hey, stop being mean to my charrie...I have OAA's tomorrow.../fail

IC- Wisppaw looked at her, pain glazing his eyes. He'd obviously took this as a hateful rejection, and he cringed, burying his head in his paws as tears poured from is eyes. He looked up for a minute, letting Poppyseed see the pain, then buried his face again.

ooc: I wasn't being mean! D: Don't take it as a rejection! (Even though it kind of is) NUUUU, stop crying ;n;


IC: Poppyseed took a step back, "Wisppaw" she soothed. "Get yourself togethor. And tell me what I said so wrong"

OOC- -stops crying-

IC- Wisppaw, with a few heavy breaths, eventually stopped crying long enough and got himself together to speak. "I can read your mind and you don't love me!Well....What you said..." he stopped, his voice growing quiet. "you sounded like rejection."

"No, of course it wasn't Wisppaw" she soothed. "It's just... it suprised me"

The tom nodded. "O..Of course." he stammered, looking at the sky.

OOC: Oh no she didn't! *pooffromtopic*

ooc: Oh yes she did! :O

IC: Poppyseed smiiled, "And besides, you've only just become an apprentice. Should you be thinking of mates just yet?" she meowed
