As the mouse dove into the underbrush, she stopped abruptly. She glanced around at her surroundings. Wow! These scents are so cool! Hm? I smell.. oh! Is this ThunderClan smell? she thought, dipping down to sniff a border marking. The black kit followed where her nose took her. She stopped at a large log. It held something.. er.. huge? It wasn't like any cat she'd ever seen. More like a dog, but it was orange. It was residing in the log. Its giant eyes drooped lowly with exhaustion. It was sleeping.

"Run" Whispered Tawnypaw "Its a f-f-FOX!" she yowled,waking the fox up.

Goldkit was at the other side of the Thunderpath, hiding. He strained his ears to hear what was going on. He caught the word fox. A surge of terror engulfed him, his eyes widening.

The fox lifted up its head. The small kit prodded its snout. She purred. "Cool~!" she mewed. It loomed over her, its jaws dripping saliva. It snapped at her and missed. She staggered backwards. For once, her heart froze with fear. "T- Tawnypaaw!" she cried, retreating over to the cat. She clung to her leg with fear. "What did it just do?" The orange predator sped up, its bright white teeth gleaming in the light. It growled loudly, angered from being disturbed from a well-deserved nap.

"You run! I will fight it!" she mewed,starting to claw at the beast

Scarletkit crouched in the bush. B- but.. I wanna help! I wanna be a warrior! Like Tawnypaw! B- but it's so scary.. She stared at her paws with fear and shuddered. But.. warriors aren't scared of anything! I'm a warrior!

Tawnypaw continued fighting the fox

Darkkit walked up to the thunderpath. He had followed Goldkit, but he saw Scarletkit and Tawnypaw encounter a fox, he realized that they were in danger. He was much to small to do anything, and his parents had always told him to aviod foxes, but he felt the need to do something

Goldkit squealed in terror. "THEY'RE IN TROUBLE!" he yowled, before racing across the tar, careless to the oncoming monster.

The fox snapped at her shoulder, aiming a sharp bite to her shoulder. A small bundle of fur beat against its legs. "Take this, you monster!" she hissed. It easily kicked her to the side, and she rolled away. Scarletkit stood up and hissed once more. She rushed back and tackled its leg, only to stagger backwards from force. She continued this process until the fox's attention snapped to her. It pressed a paw on her feeble body and she wriggled helplessly. She gasped for air and slapped her tiny paws against its. Scarletkit gave a gasp and watched as a monster raced towards Goldkit. Enraged, the black kit bit down on its paw, making it yipe and snatch its paw back. She dashed towards the Thunderpath. "Goldkit!" she cried, flying into him, tumbling backwards into ShadowClan territory. She landed on the other side, and blood seeped from her side. What.. is this?

Darkkit saw Goldkit cross, only to be pushed out of the way of a large fast moving creature by Scarletkit. He noticed that Tawnypaw was still stuck having to fight the fox though.

Goldkit was stunned. "Scarletkit! Your shoulder is bleeding!" he yowled, before helping her up. "Let's go help Tawnypaw!" He began to race across the path, helping Scarletkit across.

Darkkit followed Goldkit and Scarletkit across the Thunderpath. He wondered how much damage three kits and an apprentice could do to a fox

Leafpaw was out walking,when she saw all the commotion,she ran anmd charged at the fox,scratching its right eye.

"No! Don't help me!" she yowled
