The sunlight peeking through the leaves covering the medicine den, Fawnshine awoke from her nest, stirring awake. The medicine cat rose to her paws, blinking, and adjusting to the light before heading to the herb shelf. She has gotten used to the routine of taking apprentices out for their own individual Moonstone journeys, and it made her wonder what they would think if they knew she never experienced one of her own as an apprentice — but that didn't matter now. Taking the herb bundle in her jaws, she headed out of her den, padding toward the apprentices' den instead. "Sunpaw? Are you awake? It's time for your Moonstone journey." She meowed, waiting in front of the den. She set the herb bundle down in front of the entrance in wait as the tom walked out. | Sunpaw pushed his way out of the apprentice's den, his tail held high with excitement. Remembering last second to lower his volume, the ginger tabby nodded mutely to Fawnshine's question and bent to swallow the herbs. Almost immediately, the tom gagged and coughed out a few leaves. Fawnshine quirked a brow, a soft chuckle escaping her maw as she heard the exclamation of Sunpaw. "Bitter, yes, but not without benefits. Trust me, you'd much rather eat these herbs instead of being exhausted before we could even reach the Moonstone." With a nod, she waited for Sunpaw to calm himself down before turning around, and lead their way out of camp. ---- It took a while before they reached the familiar Highstones. Fawnshine paused in front of the Mothermouth, making sure to instruct the apprentice on what to do before they entered. "The tunnel will be dark. Follow my scent, or the tip of my tail closely. It'll take a moment before we can reach the Moonstone." She waited for a confirmation from Sunpaw that he had understood, before walking into the tunnel. Eventually, a bright glow began to fill the cave, and Fawnshine gestured for him to approach it. "Touch your nose to the stone, and StarClan will do the rest. | Sunpaw listened impatiently to Fawnshine's instructions, his pelt itching to finally meet Starclan. He couldn't wait to meet the starry warriors Blazefang used to tell him about. After walking for a long time, he saw a faint glow ahead that soon burst out as he entered the cavern.

| The cat that greeted Sunpaw was a small black warrior, green eyes glittering with mischief in the starlight that surrounded them. "Sunpaw, right? Nice to meet you! My name's Batbite," she greeted, with very little of the grace one might expect a StarClan cat to carry. There was an air of casual cheer about her, grinning at the apprentice. "So, got any burning questions?
