Donuts turned out to be more agile than he anticipated and she was out from under him and over the top of him in one fluid motion. For just a moment he admired the rogue's skill, but that moment was gone as quickly as it had come. Filth was not to be admired under any circumstances. Her teeth buried deep into his scruff which drew a furious growl from the dark tom. She shook him around, and for just a moment Burningwing struggled to regain his footing. Unfortunately for her, he was a Shadowclan cat. The squelchy earth beneath his paws was just as much an extension of himself as his own tail.
He buried his paws into the slick earth until the white on his toes was completely gone, then he turned, allowing his scruff flesh to stretch and even tear so that he could get away from his adversary. He spun on her and lashed out mercilessly with his claws towards her neck and face.
Burningwing used Random Recall to overcome the stun! -5SP Burningwing used Front Paw Strike, dealing 9+1 damage (Night Finesse) and -7SP
A deep grumble of a growl escaped Flintstar as Vea, yet again, sank her teeth into his shoulders. She was like a rat, biting anything she could get her paws on. He reared up slightly to bring his free paw down on her shoulders, claws digging in as he shoved her away to free himself once again. Did she have any shame or was she content with trying to chew on him like a starving animal?
Flintstar is really tired of getting bitten by Vea used Front Paw Strike on Vea, dealing 12 damage and costing 7 stamina. Night Finesse is active, increasing damage dealt by +1. Flintstar: 66/100 HP 154/180 SP (-7)
The rogue's taunting earned nothing in the way of response, only beckoning forth another rumbling snarl. Claws had struck his pelt again, and Webshadow winced, almost wanting to let go so he could reel away and reorganize. He clamped his jaw harder, though, screwing his eyes shut as he held onto the rogue. No amount of batter or flurry of claws would make him release his target. Despite his resolve, he couldn't deny he was losing energy quickly... and the other tom was fighting hard to escape. Breathing hard through his nose, Webshadow gathered his thoughts together, drawing up what energy he could to keep himself locked on. You killed my father. I'm not letting you go so easily. He thought fiercely, grinding his paws into the mud to hold himself in place against Dunkin's writhing.
Webshadow continued using Teeth Grip on Dunkin, dealing 8 (7+1 with Night Finesse) damage and costing 15 SP.
The rogue he'd assisted Frostgaze with staggered and fell beneath Frostgaze's blows, landing near the rogue that Mistyfalcon had fought before. Neither moved... And they were better off for it. Mistyfalcon scanned the fighting cats once more, searching out those who seemed like they needed help. Webshadow, Loudnose... Burningwing could hold his own, he was sure... Batglow. He was fighting and it seemed like he and the rogue he fought against were fairly evenly matched. Mistyfalcon wasn't in the mood for evenly matched fights.
"Help Webshadow, or Loudnose." He rasped, giving his head a small shake and blinking blood from his eye again. Cuts to the face and ears always bled a lot, Mistyfalcon had learned that the hard way long ago. None of them had the luxury to stop fighting and rest, however. There would be time for that (and healing, Basilpaw would have her paws full) when they all made it back to camp.
And they all would make it back to camp. Mistyfalcon wasn't going to consider any other option. He was tired, but so too were his clanmates, and dealing with these rogues wouldn't happen by itself. The dark tom darted forward, aiming to rake his claws across the rogue's flanks while he was hopefully too focused on Batglow to know he was there.
Mistyfalcon used Jumping Strike on Berry for -7 sp, dealing -9+3 damage. Night Finesse active, +1 damage.
Part of him wanted to let her go, the back of his head yowled that she didn't deserve this. But he still held on, the battle part of his brain forcing itself front, though probably influenced by some percentage of emotion. He didn't think too heavily on what was right or wrong, the tom just wanted to keep focusing on his one task which was defeating his enemy. Later he'd decide if she actually was an enemy.
Loudnose manage to stay on top of the rouge, but not without struggle. She was really trying to get out, and it was taking enough energy from the tom to decide to back off. Jumping to the side he swung at the cat, bringing claws upon her. He didn't care who had killed or not right now, he just wanted to hit something.
Loudnose used Front Paw Strike on Namid, dealing 9 (8 + 1 Night Finesse) and costing 7 stamina.
There was a huff of relief as the warrior suddenly jumped from Namid's back - thought it was short lived as she felt claws rake against her side. She took in a sharp intake as she spun to glare at him, gathering her paws beneath her as she pushed herself to her paws and swiped out at the tom with an angry hiss. She didn't deserve this! She had been on her way out when this...This brute attacked her! If he hadn't attacked her for no good reason, she could have been out of their fur for good! But no, this tom just wanted to whack somebody around, didn't he? Well... She wouldn't be going down without a fight! ...Mostly because she had no plans to go down at all - sparing a glance off to the side as she tried to plot out the best escape route...Just in case.
Namid used Front Paw Strike on Loudnose, dealing 10 damage and costing 7 stamina.
No. Vea wouldn't stop biting him. She was going to do as much damage as she could muster and in anyway she could manage. It just happened that her teeth found those ways more than her claws. The rogue leader moved forward grabbing the fluffy leader by the tail and yanking hard.
Vea used Tail Yank dealing 5 damage, -15 SP
Flintstar: 61/100 HP 154/180 SP
Vea: 54/100 HP 144/180 SP
She didn't want to be held anymore. She didn't want to be here any more. Everyone was falling down.. How did Vea not see this was hopeless? She needed to support Vea but at this point this was a lost cause. As much as she loved Bat.. She couldn't keep this going. She slammed her paws into the deputy a couple of times trying to break free.
Pea used Front Paw Strike dealing 10 damage, -7 SP
Murkystrike: 45/80 HP 128/170 SP
Pea: Held 24/65 HP 104/140 SP
Batglow let out a small sigh of relief as some of the pressure was taken off of him by his best friend coming into the battle. It seemed the other brother noticed as he felt the sting of an attack that couldn't have been possible from his lanky brother. Batglow struck out trying to keep the tom's attention on him, but it seemed Berry had noticed. The other tom lashed out with his claws before stepping back, eyes flicking back and forth between the two black toms.
Batglow used Front Paw Strike dealing 10 damage, -7 SP
Berry used Front Paw Strike and Dirty Trick dealing 13 damage, -10 SP
Mistyfalcon: 11 / 70 hp 48 / 160 sp
Batglow: 17 / 60 hp 112 / 140 sp

Mistyfalcon's attack hadn't gone unnoticed, of course. The rogue lashed out with claws towards his opponent, then spun, glancing between Mistyfalcon and Batglow. Mistyfalcon wasn't going to wait for him to attack Batglow again however, and lunged forward, teeth snapping at the rogue's shoulder. They were all injured, and he hoped that the rogue wouldn't be so stubborn as to continue fighting against them both.
Mistyfalcon used Snap for -7 sp, dealing -11 damage. Night Finesse active, +1 damage.
Frostgaze looked at the bodies before him for a moment, a quiet sense of morbid curiosity. He was shaken from those thoughts with Mistyfalcon's words, and wiped more muck from his face. His fur was streaked with a mixture of pink, red, and the brown of the dirt beneath him, but Frostgaze knew he couldn't stop now, there was still rogues to fight. "Understood." He spoke gruffly, his throat raspy from exhaustion. An examination of the battleground revealed Webshadow's fight, and the white tom felt that he had to help. Rushing forward, Frostgaze sprinted across the ground torn by countless scuffles, dappled with the blood of cats, and leaped. He felt claws hit fur and flesh, and he hoped to crumple the rogue to the ground. Idiots, the lot of them.
Frostgaze used Jumping Strike, dealing 7 (+1 night finesse, +3 unfocused) damage and using 7 stamina!
Frostgaze 10/50 HP 64/120 SP (-7)
Webshadow 20/50 HP 83/120 SP
Dunkin 27/65 HP (-11) 91/140 SP

A growl escaped Flintstar as Vea dodged around him, teeth now sinking into his tail - did she not believe in using her claws?!? - as she yanked hard. He stumbled backwards with a grimace but managed to catch himself from truly losing his balance. He spun, yanking his tail free even if it came at the cost of some fur before he reared up and raked his claws down Vea's shoulders with a snarl.
Flintstar used Random Recall costing 5 stamina and overcoming his stun effect - followed by Front Paw Strike, costing 7 stamina and dealing 12 damage. Night Finesse is active, increasing damage done by +1.
ooc; dunkin is breaking free, soaring and flying bc double-teaming has begun and attacking special moves are no mas
The grip continued from his opponent. It was mildly agitating, but he wasn't the type to get hung up on such things. Before he could react, something slammed into his side, a slight sting. Apparently this marshrat had friends around. Well, Dunkin could take care of that. With a grunt, the tabby swung another paw and found satisfaction in the way that it thudded against Webshadow's pelt once more. He was just barely able to wrench his scruff from the jaws of the Shadowclan cat as he turned to face the newcomer. A sickening sound came from the motion, ripping away fur a flesh. That kit had held him good.
"A friend of yours?" Dunkin meowed, now smiling at Frostgaze and glancing at Webshadow out of the corner of his eye, "I supposed I should show em a warm welcome then!" His paws planted firmly to the ground, fully expecting a solid blow from each of his targets. Blood was welling up from several scars but that was to be expected. There was still a little more strength underneath his pelt. He could at least knock one of these clan cats out before going down.
Dunkin used switching focus [+front paw strike] on Webshadow, dealing 10 damage and using 12 stamina. Dunkin is now focused on Frostgaze.
Dunkin HP: 27/65 SP: 79/140 [-7]
Webshadow HP: 10/50 [-10] SP: 83/120
Frostgaze HP: 10/50 SP: 64/120

He recovered so quickly. Donuts hissed. She wanted him to stop moving as much as she longed to no longer have the disgusting sensation of mud squelching underneath her pads. Another lash of claws and she stumbled back a few steps. The fact that he was proving to be a challenge caused more flickers of doubt. But she wouldn't stop and instead sought to return a blow of her own. Jagged claws lashed out, seeking to dig deep into the flesh right above Burningwing's eye. Hopefully, the blood would obscure his vision just enough to give her a tad of an advantage.
Donuts used front paw strike, dealing 10 damage and using 7 stamina.

Again, that heavy paw met Webshadow's shoulder, and the dark tom grimaced as he realized his grip was slipping. He wanted to fasten his jaws tighter, maybe leverage himself against the ground and try and shove Dunkin into the earth and keep him pinned there... but before he could get the strength to try, the rogue was ripping himself free with a sickening tear– and a streak of white fur shot into the middle of the fight.
"Frostgaze," Webshadow rasped, eyes wide with surprise and appreciation. He hadn't expected the help to come so suddenly, but he was more than grateful for it, especially from a friend. "A friend," he confirmed, tail lashing as he sized up the rogue. That fierce, leering gaze had settled intently on Frostgaze... Eyes narrowing, Webshadow hissed, "And you won't lay a paw on him while I'm standing." With the, he drew himself up onto shaking hind legs, bringing his weight down hard against Dunkin's head.
Webshadow used Upright Lock on Dunkin, dealing 11 (10+1 with Night Finesse) damage and costing 20 SP.
Burningwing saw the claw lash out too late. It sliced right above his eye and he side-stepped to get around to the side of Donuts. He closed his one eye to prevent the blood from running into it, but his ability to fight efficiently in darkness did not rely entirely on sight. He leaped from darkness and unleashed a barrage of furious, merciless attacks. He sought anything he could tear into, not caring if he loosed an eye from her socket or liberated an ear from her head. She should have taken his offer when he first extended it.
Burningwing used Front Paw Strike, dealing 10 damage (9+1 [Night Finesse]) and -7SP Burningwing also used Desperate Blows, dealing an additional 7 damage and -5SP

Murkystrike released the she-cat's leg after a final tug, ignoring the strikes against her shoulders as she straightened and circled her opponent. She could see two rogues on the ground, and Mistyfalcon and Frostgaze looking... Admittedly worse for wear but standing. In her quick glance she couldn't find her son, and her stomach sank briefly before she was forced to return her gaze to Pea. "We've lost too many good warriors to your filthy mother's orders, we're not just going to hand Batglow over for him to live in the filth and be her pawn the way you are. He is free to make his own choices in ShadowClan... When have you ever been free to make your own?" She hissed, lunging forward to bite at her shoulders.
Murkystrike used Snap, dealing 11 (+1 Night Finesse) damage and costing 7 SP.
Murkystrike: 45/80 HP 121/170 SP (-7)
Pea: 12/65 HP (-12) 104/140 SP
He had been out hunting, and was quite pleased to be returning with a rather large rat he had happened across. It hadn't gone down without a fight, but it wasn't anything he couldn't handle. As he neared where they had been camping though, the sounds of battle reached his ears. He burst into the clearing, dropping the rat as he looked around. Pepper and Bean lay side by side, their chests umoving. Berry lay between two toms, we he recognized as the Fang Vea had brought back. His eyes narrowed as he bounded towards them, leaping into Mistyfalcon's side and tumbling with him before getting to his paws and hissing at Batglow. "You vile betrayer! How dare you? All of you!"
Chard used Jumping Strike on Mistyfalcon, dealing 8 (+3 unfocused) damage costing 7 SP.
Chard: 65/65 HP 133/140 SP (-7)
Mistyfalcon: KO PENDING 0 / 70 HP (-11) 41 / 160 SP

The rogue fell, laying between him and Batglow, and Mistyfalcon glanced around once more, silently taking note of injuries and who was still fighting. Three rogues had been downed, which still left... Far too many of them standing.
Naturally, that would be when another rogue seemed to return. Fresh, uninjured. Foxdung. Mistyfalcon thought, tensing and meeting the rogue as he lunged forward. The pair tumbled, clawing and hissing. Mistyfalcon didn't want to give up, but he was done, he knew that much even before the tom's claws dug sharply into his side. The rogue scrambled back to his paws, and Mistyfalcon wasn't able to do the same, breathing hard as blood soaked his pelt.
