A new day!!(Open)

Willowpaw shook her head. "No! You'd make a great medicine cat!" She mewed, caught a little off-guard. "Why would you want to be one though?"

"Well, I don't really like the idea of fighting and hurting, I want to heal, it seams more peaceful."Tuftkit said proudly. He liked his stance on things. Peaceful over hurtful. "I imagine you want to be a warrior?"

Willowpaw nodded. "Like my dad, Silentstorm!" She pawed the tom playfully.

"Sometimes fighting is necessary though." She mewed thoughtfully. "What if you had to?"

"Oh I thought of that, I would plant traps! So if the camp would be attacked, I would gather everyone in my den, and pull down a fern bush that would disguise us! I wouldn't have to fight!"He stated triumphantly.

She shook her head, chuckling. "What if everyone else went to the gathering, and you were left alone with the kits, and suddenly foxes came into the nursery!"
Willowpaw puffed out her chest proudly. Although she knew that a situation like that would probably never happen, what if Leopardstar needed all his warriors to go, just in case? It could happen.

"I guess I would need to fight!"He said sheepishly"but I wouldn't let anything hurt them!"

Willowpaw nodded. "I guess everyone needs to fight at least once in their lives, but just because you do something doesn't mean you want to."
She tilted her head. Tuftkit was surprising, to say the least.

Tuftkit nodded his head in vigorous agreement.

"So..." Willowpaw mewed awkwardly.

"Have you had like... prey yet? I didn't really have a mother, so I had to be weaned really early,"

"Uh, well, no."He said,"Have you tried prey yet? Does frog taste weird?"

Willowpaw nodded, her nose wrinkling. "It's all slimy and gross." She mewed. "I like mice much better."

"When I get to eat prey, I'm heading straight to a bird" He said with enthusiasm"I would like to see how they taste, I wouldn't mind the feathers!"

"I dunno- aren't they mostly feathers? There's not much meat on them." She yawned. "They're also pretty hard to catch, I've heard."

"Well then, I'd just have to be the best bird-catcher in all the forest now wouldn't I."Tuftkit said with pride, but then he realized something,"Can you hunt when your a medicine cat?"

Willowpaw shook her head slowly. "I don't think so. That's why I don't wanna be one.
You can't hunt, you can't patrol, you can't have kits and you can't fight." She mewed.
