When they placed paw in the wooden barn, the scent of loner was strong, pattering of paws from whoever had taken shelter and the pile high with hares and mice. She saw Bat stretched out in the back of the barn, the poultice she had made was gone, only scraps of lamb's ear and poppy seeds. She could only hope it would soften his memories. Storm's case had been nothing less than a miracle, found freezing in the river with his head split and​no memory, Bat had mainly nursed him to the healthy cat today. His clan origin was obvious but never touched on, he was most likely a WindClan cat. Mist was new, Night's scent faint, Bear's scent and that of his followers were lingering. Blood and clan scent from the battle stubbornly stained the peaceful barn. "Where to start, where to start..." she murmured to herself. Marigold maybe? Horsetail? What would this oddly calm apprentice want to learn?
