Miss Sadie's Home for Wayward Youth RP

Jamie took a deep breath and cleared her head, she ate some of her salad and then drank her water and was finished. Her nerves were no end, what she really couldn't fathom is why James was acting so weird. "I need out please," she told James trying to get out of the booth.

James moved aside and let her though.

Jamie walked out of the diner and started to run, not to any specific spot, but just running to get it out of her system. The rain spattered her face and she could feel the air racing through her lungs, she felt her muscles burning underneath her; her feet digging into the earth with every stride.

Archer stared after her, and then returned his gaze to James, "Are you okay?" he asked bluntly.

James shook his head. "No not really." He admitted.

OOC: Hey, let's draw this out until Squirrelnose gets back, since she's on vacation and probably won't be on much.

IC: Jamie stopped, soaked, and ducked inside a nearby alleyway. She crouched to her knees, panting, and slid against the wall.

"Well, what's wrong?" he asked looking at him with a confused expression.

James sighed. "You can't tell Jessie but my mother and her father were together and she told him she lost her baby and had to leave but she really didn't so Jessie and I are half siblings." He said running a hand over his face.

"And you didn't tell her?!" Archer was outraged, Jessie had no one else in her life, and yet here stands her sibling who doesn't have the decency to tell her.

James sighed again. "Well I didn't know! My foster mother told me not to open the note until I got to Miss Sadie's. I've only been at Mis Sadie's for two days and I was waiting for the right time to tell her also I had to make sure it was true. I mean we even have the same eyes." He said running a hand through his dark hair.

"Good, God man!" Archer said a little loud, he lowered his voice, "Did you tell Jamie?" he aske dowrried.

James shakes his head and gets some boxes and boxed up hia food and hands the other box to Archer.he grabbed everything else and walked out to his truck and put the food in the backseat behind Archer. "Come on let's go find Jamie." He said getting into the drivers seat and buckling up.

Archer walked out to the truck, once inside he started to think, "I don't blame you, that is something sensitive to talk about for all of us." he said thinking of his own issues.

Jamie kicked an empty can across the alleyway as she rose to her feet, she felt better after running her aggressions out, she needed to get her emotions in control. Suddenly she heard a low growl, two fiery eyes glowed out at her, two massive black and brown paws stepped out from behind a trash can. Jamie slowly backed up, she didn't want to set the animal off, but she was too late, the large Doberman came charging. Jamie turned to run and then remembered her training, she turned around and braced herself, letting the dog build up momentum. As the dog got close enough to leap, Jamie took a trash can lid and struck the dog back into the alley, but not before the dog clawed her right arm. The dog yelped and dove back into his hiding place, he was fine just a wounded pride. Jamie backed out of the alleyway and ran in the direction of the diner.

James and Archer dove around the heater was on and the window wipers were on. James saw Jamie and honked to get her attention and opened the back for for her.

Jamie heard the honk and saw James's truck, she ran and dove into the truck, her arm slightly bloody from the amount of water that had gotten on it. She looked at James, "Just drive! Get us back to Miss Sadies's, I'll take care of it there." she was a bit more spiteful than she wanted to be.

Archer stared at the two, very quiet from the amount of tension in the cab.

James drove back to Mis Sadie's as fast as he could in the rain. As he drove out of town and to the long secluded forest road his car sputtered and died. James cursed and got out the car with a stay there I'll only be a moment. He threw open the engine top and looked to see mud stuck in there he cursed and left the flap open while he got back in the car drenched. "Theres mud stuck in the engine we gotta wait for the water to wash it away but there wasn't much so it shouldn't be to long. For the mean time we're stuck here and can't move but everything else works." He said turning up the heater so they could still be warm. James looked rob Archer and silently asked if he should tell Jamie.

Archer shrugged his shoulders like 'if you want to'.

Jamie ripped the sleeve of her shirt off and wrapped if around her arm, not noticing the two silently chatting. She wasn't angry just worried she'd get blood on the seats.
