The revolutionary government has convened and formed the Republic of Rainmerrow, and has declared that all of western France and the British Isles belong rightfully to its people. Any nation that disputes this will be named enemies of the republic and risk severe consequences. We will begin with our expansion into England and Wales.

Furthermore, any friend of democracy is a friend of Rainmerrow, and the Consul requests trade agreements with its neighbors to the east; Avenoge, Eniglos, and Lutlos.

As Celestia finished writing out the invitations she sighed and set down the quill and ivory parchment paper. It wasn't the fastest way to write them and dare say defiantly not the easiest but it was classic and formal and Celestia enjoyed the precision calligraphy took. Putting each letter into an envelope Celestia handed the finished products to a messenger and then went to find her younger sister. As the world had modernized over the years Equestria had both reverted and excelled in technology, finding a nice balance between the two. Finding her sister she informed her of the ball and told her to plan for it, knowing she would try to get out of it unless she was told directly. Finishing this task she went to go start making preperations, actually getting kind of excited since this was the first event she would be planning.

A slender woman of medium height and modest appearance stepped out of her seat in the chamber room, straightening out a small stack of papers before walking aside the long, room length table with the world map in between her staff members. "What an interesting next few years this'll be." The Minister mused thoughtfully, dark eyes peering out through sharp, black bangs and a pair of dainty silver glasses. "We'll spread along the water ways." She said quickly, leaning over the table between a set of chairs and pointing to a vague area between their land and the Great Lakes. "And claim as much of the coast as we can. Spread the word that we are open for any trade partners. Allies come later."

A messenger came into the room at that moment, apologetically dipping his head and slipping a letter from Faery in her hands. She smiled, reading it aloud to her council. This would be an interesting match up it seemed. Although she wasn't sure she could trust the Monarchy at the time, a trade would certainly benefit the both of them for the time being. "Send a message back to Faery that we accept the trade agreement. I'll send a few representative to sort out the routes tomorrow."
