Patchkit who has totally been there the whole time

Patchkit padded out of the nursery, her weak limbs shaking little by little as she walked. A mew escaped her as she stumbled on a small pebble, a little morsle to the warriors, even if they werre called that, that is her calico puffed up as she hit the ground dust brimming the tips of her fur making it seem grey.

"Don't go to far now Patchkit," Raccoonheart, her mother, mewed. Patchkit was born to Raccoonheart just a few days ago, in a topic that wasn't made and her kit was already starting to explore. Raccoonheart was half-way laying out of the nursery watching her kit walk around. "And be careful!"

"Aw mama.." she complained, trying to get back onto her legs "I'll be careful" she smiled,= having to chuckle at her own accident, "Well carefuler" she squeaked and tried to push herself towards the weird scent of dead prey.

The Windclan deputy watched as her kit went to the fresh-kill pile, "Are you hungry or something?" She asked. The grey she-cat stood and walked over to the pile. She picked up a small field mouse and put it in front of her kit. If Patchkit didn't eat it she would. She hadn't eaten at all today. "Go ahead try it." She encouraged.

"It smells funny mama.." she complained her tail flicked and she pawed it, launching back as it moved when she hit it, trying to act cute about it.

Raccoonheart laid down next to the mouse, and gave a laugh as Patchkit jumped back. "It's not gonna hurt you Patchkit." She mewed, "You need to try it because your going have to learn how to eat one eventually. And just because it smells funny does not give you a reason to try it." She said with a frown.

She sighed and looked up at Raccoonheart looking down at the seemingly 'large' peie of prey she bit into it "Its kinda good tasting momma" she meowed and took another bit out of it forcing it down.

"You don't have to eat all if you don't want too. I just wanted you to try it. Next time you can try rabbit." The grey she-cat mewed. The deputy sat up and wrapped her gray-white tail around her paws. "The warriors should be returning soon," She mewed to herself as she looked at the entrance of the camp. She would be with them, but she had Patchkit to take care of.

"Can I see them I never saw them before1" she meowed, so eager to find out who were her clan mates.

"Maybe, if you don't get under their paws," She mewed her blue eyes trained on the camp entrance checking for any signs of her clanmates returning.

"Aww mamma" she meowed jumping up at her pawing at his whiskers.

"Who are you waiting for?" The mew came from behind the two cats as Falconfang appeared behind them. He had been in the warrior's den taking a nap, and had just got up to go see if anyone was going on a patrol of some kind when he noticed Raccoonheart and a kit sitting by the fresh-kill pile. "And who's this?"

She jumped up "Mommy its a warrior!" she breathed and then looked at her mom "It is a warrior right?" she meowed.

Falconfang laughed softly; at least there was something to laugh about these days... But the warrior had told himself he would try being more sociable: it would make his punishment easier to bear. "Yes, I am a warrior. My name is Falconfang. What's yours?"

"Patchkit!' she squeaked sitting herself down "I bet 'll be a better warrior than you some day Falconfaaaang" she meowed streatching the a in his name.
