It was pouring rain. Limestone padded into the camp, returning from a patrol. He coughed vigorously, before taking a small lizard to the nursery. Shrikekit looked outside, shivering at a raindrop falling on his nose, but his face lit up. "Limestone!" he squeaked, bounding over. Limestone smiled. "Get inside, Shrikekit. You are going to catch a c-"
He was interrupted by more coughing.

Deathpaw nodded and slipped out of the den, trying to stay under cover to avoid getting wet. "Limestone? Are you coughing?" she yowled over the rushing of the rain.

Ebonyroot padded outside, immediately flinching from the downpour. "Oh, really?" she mused, "Come inside our den right away; Shrikekit, you go inside before you catch a chill." the she-cat meowed sternly.

Deathpaw padded over to a pile of moss and grabbed a ball. Soaking it in water, she padded back over to Limestone and placed it near him.

If you cat also starts to show signs of a chill, it's most likely whitecough.." She took the time to explain to her apprentice as she motioned for Limestone to lay down.
