sootpaw sees the fourtress

sootpaw approached the fourtrees. the moon glinted through the four trees. a patch of moonlight made her gray fur shine like the moon. she stood around wondering if any one else was here.

Shadowsong was watching the apprentice from some bushes that were around the trees. She had been hoping she was the only one here so she could have some time to herself, but that was obviously out of the picture. She continued to stare at Sootpaw. Only her bright, almost shining blue eyes could be seen.

Snakepaw had seen Sootpaw sneak out of camp and he didn’t mind. Until he remembered what had happened the other day. One of his clanmates had gotten in trouble for sneaking out of camp ,maybe sootpaw was doing the same. He followed her out of camp, creeping
quietly.

sootpaw looked up at the moon. she wondered what was happening with the other clans. will there be a fight over the moved border?

Shadowsong continued to lay there, watching the apprentice while flicking the tip of her tail around. She suddenly jumped ever-so-slightly when she noticed Snakepaw. Two Skyclan apprentices? Hmm... She thought.

Snakepaw walked out of the bushes ,barely making a sound.He padded up towards sootpaw when he smelt a marsh smell.”Hello sootpaw and shadowclan one” ,he meowed.

"hello snakepaw." she mewed. she walked up to him. "what are you doing here?" she asked. she payed no attention to the shadowclan warrior who was here.

Shadowsong knew she had already been spotted, but she didn't care. She relaxed down in the bushes and listened to their coversation for she had nothing else to do.

Snakepaw focused his attention on sootpaw,"I was suspicios like always",he meowed.

sootpaw laughed a little "like i would be up to any thing." she turned back to the fourtrees. "i have heard about this place a lot and i wanted to see it for myself."

"it's nice isn't it",he meowed softly.

"yes it is." she mewed. sitting down next to him

Snakepaw looked behind him at the shadowclan warruior"What do you think",he yowled.

"Eh, it's alright." She replied carelessly, staying in her bush. "I bet it's a lot prettier in new leaf."

Snakepaw nodded and twitched his wiskers in amusment at the "talking bush"
