Leafpaw sees her mom

Leafpaw was out on a hunting patrol.She sniffed in the air Mice,fish, Leafpaw was surprised when she could smell a familiar scent.Leafpaw growled,as an orange shecat came out from the bushes.Leafpaw hissed"Mother!What are you doing here this is Riverclan territory!"Rosethorn snickered."This is how you greet your mother?And after I came alll this way just to see you."Rosethorn took a step forward and Leafpaw growled and unsheathed her claws.Rosethorn smiled an evil smile."Your still as tiny as a kit.Could it be that you are still a ki-"Leafpaw stopped her and growled"SHUT UP!YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO COME ON RIVERCLAN TERRITORY,AND TO MOCK ME!"Rosethorns evil smile stayed as meowed"Then Leafpaw why did you leave me?We could have stayed together."Leafpaw snarled"Me?! Leave you! You abandoned me,then /riverclanb happily accepted me into their clan!"Rosethorn meowed"Leafpaw won't you come back with me?" Leafpaw gasped Wh-what did she say?This this is a dream...a-a bad dream.Rosethorn took a step forward and Leafpw stood there frozen.Rosethorn smiled Stupid runt.I think she actually believes me. Rosethorn grinned evily,and meowed with fake tears"Oh Leafpaw you know I would'nt abandon you."

ic: Pinestar came from the bushes. "Leafpaw," she hissed. "I said be silent! Stop scaring away the prey!" She looked up to see an unfamiliar she-cat. Her scent wasn't from any other clan, so she relaxed her tense muscles. "Who's this? Who are you?" she asked.

Rosethorn turned toward the unfamiliar black shecat,and meowed with an evil grin."
I am Rosethorn,Leafpaws mother." Leafpaw stood there frozen in fear and other mixed fellings.Rosethorn then meowed"and who are you?"Leafpaw shuddered,her mother used to be so kind or was that her faking.

Pinestar shifted uneasily. "I am Pinestar, leader of RiverClan. Are you seeking to take your daughter back?" she asked. "Because I can offer you a spot in RiverClan if you're interested," she said.

Moonpaw sat in the brambles hiding, her tail was sticking out, noticeable to everyone. Is she going to take Leafpaw away? she thought.

Leafpaw shuddered,turned she meowed to Pinestar"Please Pinest-"
Rosethorn flicked her tail over her mouth and meowed "we can talk when we are back in camp."

Leafpaw could see that the leader was getting suspicious and if she says a word her mother would kill her...Leafpaw knew what she had to do."She abandoned me Pinestar,and yet...yet you allow her to join...WHY?you know what she did to me!"Leafpaw turned away,feeling as if the leader had betrayed her.

Rosethorn gave Leafpaw a glare then frowning told Pinestar"Oh shes just shocked that I showed up so suddenly.You understand right Pinestar?"

Moonpaw growled quietly. Anycat could see that this cat was evil. Don't let her join, Pinestar! She pleaded silently.

Rosethorn turned having heard somthing she stared evily at a cat,but then back to Pinestar.

Leafpaw meowed"Um..excuse me!"Leafpaw rtan into the bvushes but was surprised when she ran into moonpaw,she looked at moonpaw for a second,then meowed shakily."M-moonpaw how much did you s-see?"

" all lot." She admitted. " I'm sorry Leafpaw I didn't mean to be spying, I was bored so I left camp and then I saw you and her," Moonpaw said pointing the tip of her tail to Rosethorn. " Talking and I got scared! So I hid."

Pinestar blinked. "I understand completely," she said, trying hard to muster up a purr. She knew what this cat was capable of, and how sinister she had acted to Leafpaw. It was just a trick. "I understand that... that you have no knowledge of taking care of your own young. You don't throw them into the wind and expect them to live on their own. They need love and care. Not destruction and chaos!" she hissed, guarding Leafpaw.

Rosethorn frowned and meowed"Oh so be it i thought wee could have been friends."Rosethorn ju8mped into the bushes and brought Leafpaw out by her scruff."Want her back?Then come and get her.l"

Leafpaw fought with Rosethorn but she gripped harder until she began to bleed hevily Leafpaw yowled.

Pinestar quickly slid under Rosethorn, knocking her down.

Moonpaw gasped. " Leafpaw!" She jumped behind Rosethorn and bit her strongly on the tail.
