If we did what was easy
Lilyvalley had to admit, Willowpaw was definitely eager. He may not have fully understood, but at least he was asking the questions.
"If all there was to battle was just charging at an opponent, there would be no need to train. Any kit would be able to be a warrior if that was all they had to do. You need to be able to picture in your move in your head. If you do not plan your attack, you will fail every time."
A paw booped Lilyvalley's nose, and for a moment, she stood there, frozen. No cat had ever touched her face. She had never wanted them to, with how disfigured it had always been.
She chose to brush that aside, as a smirk crossed her maw.
"You see? You knew exactly what you were doing there. You just need to take a moment to think about your plan of action, I told you!"
She laughed at her apprentice's enthusiasm. "Alright, lead the way."
