Tigerstar appreciated everyone's enthusiasm about getting started on repairs, but something like that could wait. They needed to rest for the moment. They just finished a long trip, they could wait a little longer. "We are going to take a moment and rest first. Just give everyone an hour, then we can work on setting up dens. It is the night of a gathering after all, we are supposed to be mingling and talking. "
Though he knew that some warriors weren't happy about sitting around doing nothing, even a night of the full moon. "If you must start something right now, start with the nursery. Those who need shelter can share the nursery if we don't finish others in time." The tom stated wearily. "But please take time to rest, I don't need warriors dead on their paws." He told those near him before turning to his daughter.
"Of course Minkpaw, it might take a while for me to settle for the night, but if you can wait for me then you are welcome to join." Though he would make sure he didn't take too long, he would much rather spend time with his daughter in his first day back in the territory than hovering over all of his warriors.

Galestorm nodded as his leader spoke his concerns, and turned to Cloudypetal. "Tigerstar's right," he murmured. "Everyone is so exhausted. Maybe we should rest, just for a little while. Then," he said, his voice regaining its usual confidence, "Would you like to come with me to gather materials, Cloudypetal?" His gaze flickered around camp, where their clanmates were making small groups to rest and share tongues. "Come, on," he prompted her, "Let's go join Morningmoon over there." His amber eyes shown and he smiled warming at his sister, brushing past her and flicking her ear with his tail as he began to pick his way toward their mother.
After the siblings had reconciled in the mountain, it felt as though a huge weight had lifted off of Galestorm's shoulders. Things are back to how they were always meant to be, he thought naively. The thought was comforting. Though his sister's sadness upset him, perhaps this meant that her trial was over, and she could serve her clan again without distractions. We can both heal through our grief together. His gaze found Daisyfang and a quiet purr rumbled through his chest. Relief and contentment washed through him as he chose a spot and settled next to his mother. Things will be okay from now on, he reckoned. My sister is back.

For as wondrous as it was to be home, Eveningpaw could only feel shame prickling at her pelt. For moons she had been desperate to return home, to see the territory she had been born in, to explore the flower patches with her mother but... It felt emptier with her sister still missing - if Finchspeckle was still alive, then would...Would she ever find her way back on her own? Her ears slicked back, paws scuffing at the snow beneath her.
But perhaps the most shame she truly felt was that she had been an apprentice when they had left...And an apprentice she had remained, even despite the fact that she hadn't even gotten sick. Cloudypetal and Galestorm - kits who had never known their territory were now warriors... At this rate, it felt like she would never be useful to WindClan, that she would never gain her warrior name. Useless, pathetic - what even could she do to help? She was small, weak... She might have been older than Cloudypetal and Galestorm but she was still the size of an older apprentice at best. She...She doubted she would ever grow to the size of a proper warrior...
And so she stayed in the back, staring at her paws - wondering what her use even would be to the Clan if she was cursed to be an apprentice forever.

Before Daisyfang could respond her mother's voice came from behind her and she startled, sheepishly turning around. Despite being the second eldest warrior, when her mother chastised her she felt like she was a babyfaced kit once again. Sleepyhollow smiled and pressed her side to her mothers, "I went to visit Vulturepaw, and Russetrye..." she replied, sadness flashing in her eyes momentarily, "I needed to keep them updated on our journey." the warrior added, as if it was a given.
She coughed, clearing her throat before looking to the warriors den, "Do you want help fixing your nest mama?" she inquired, Daisyfang could wait, she hadn't spent quality time with Coyotegrin in such a long time.
