Hot. Cold. Hot. Cold. Sunflare thrashed in his nest, first throwing all his bedding off then frantically clutching it to him. His once-glossy pelt was now duller than that of fresh-kill, and his nose streamed with blood. Coughing up something he didn’t even want to look at, the skinny tom whimpered. When would it all end?
