Make it Quick [Fuzzface]

They were running low on prey, the leader knew that but everyone already had their paws full with other tasks.. Well except himself and one other cat that he didn't really want to deal with but it seemed he didn't have much of a choice. With a heavy sigh, Tigerdance turned and approached Fuzzface. "Come with me, we are going hunting. The pile is low." He wasn't leaving much of a choice in the matter, and was full expecting the senior warrior to complain, but tasks needed to be done.

With his kits grown and for the most part out of his fur, Fuzzface was finally able to relax, well a little bit. The tom continued to find himself worried about Berrypaw's disappearance, but after having looked for what seemed like ages him and his family had needed to come to some sort of terms with the fact that their daughter and sister just might never come home. So, though his family continued to grieve, he'd done his best to move on and get back to trying to enjoy things, seeing as though it's what his daughter would've wanted. Though of course, enjoying life while the majority of the clan remained ill was a difficult task.

Having assisted the elders in getting situated after their meal, per Lavendercloud's request, Fuzzface had just laid down to groom himself before Tigerdance's voice called out to him nearby. Wincing and letting out an inaudible breath, the plump tom pushed himself up. 'Lavendercloud would want me to helpful, or whatever,' he thought to himself as he gave his fuzzy pelt a shake. Her words about him needing to be helpful during these hard times rang in his ears and he couldn't help but scoff at the thoughts. There was no resting without reason, and unfortunately for him he had no good reason.

"Sure," the warrior replied simply, following after the slender leader. "But let's make it quick," he couldn't help but add, trying his best not to sound too snarky with his comment.

"Of course. Just need enough prey to last us for a bit until the next patrol gets sent out." He said keeping his tone even, a little irritated by the tom's response, but also thankful at the same time the warrior didn't want this trip to be any longer than it had to be. "Let's split up and try for anything we can get our paws on." The leader said to the tom, not really waiting on an answer before going off on his own a little ways.

After a little bit of searching on his part, the tom soon came across a rabbit. Thankful to find something like that, the striped tom feel into his usual hunting routine, and soon started the chase. It didn't take the rabbit long to escape his paws, and the tom blamed his sickness. He could feel his chest heaving more than usual, and he could feel the dizziness trying to set in again, but he wasn't going to let it. He had hunting to do.
