Peonylight was walking towards sunningrocks after a long week of patrols. She enjoyed the warm rocks, especially when it was during a nice relaxing break. Last time she was here, she was an apprentice, and met a riverclan apprentice. Maybe she would meet another cat this time.
Peonylight smiled as she saw the rocks and her walk turned into a jog. She instantly jumped up onto the rock that she loved the most. It was already sunhigh so the rocks were very warm under her paws. She laid down, just enjoying the sun streaming down on her fur.

| Cinderpaw, as air-headed as she was apparently, had wandered off from the patrol she had been tagging along with. Everyone was noisy and exciteable and it made her ears hurt just a bit. She had walked a little closer to a small tributary dividing from the river to take a small sip, sate her thirst, when she heard the sound of pawsteps walking toward her.
Her head jolted up, senses flooded with an unfamiliar scent that was both grassy and tangy. Her ears went back, tail puffing up despite her mind urging her to stay calm. The cat, dappled with auburns, blacks and whites, was merely enjoying sunningrocks. She stood there, frozen, uncertain on what to do. Back away? Peonylight caught the scent of fear in the air and looked over the the river. There she saw a scared apprentice. "Hello there." she mewed calmly trying not to scare it away. She wasnt used to cats being scared of her and this was her first time encountering it.
