A friendly Outing >closed<

Littleflower awoke in the warrior den just as the sun begame to creep through. She wasnt the only one as her friend was also starting to wake up. Today they were going to go hunting to restock the fresh kill pile. Littleflower padded out of the warrior den with a big yawn, and looked at the majestic sky above. "Ready to go? she mewed to her friend who came up to join her.

Violetsky was ready and eager for one of her first proper hunting patrols as a warrior, and was particularly happy it was with one of her friends from her apprenticeship. "Yep!" The young warrior said as she joined Littleflower to leave. The pair made their way into the forest, this time with no need for supervision. "How are you feeling about being a warrior now?" She asked, wanting to make conversation on their early morning patrol, if anything to keep them both awake.

Littleflower thought about it and sighed. "Being a warrior is amazing.... Just i saw it differently when i was younger..." she mewed looking down at her burned side which was noe a big scar. "Hunting, climbing, and fighting have been a real challenge for me and Whin..." she mewed slightly gaining a bigger smile at the mention of her dear friend.

Violetsky gave a slightly pitying look to the other warrior, to the side of her that had been marred by the disaster at the last gathering. The white and brown warrior herself had been lucky enough to escape physically unharmed, but still didn't think she had ever been that frightened, or felt her heart pound in her chest that hard. "I'm sure it will get better with time. Anyways, now you look like a real warrior." She said as a means of comfort.

With the conversation drawn to a pause, the warrior was reminded of their actual purpose when she heard the rustle of leaves on the forest floor. She flicked her tail to signal to Littleflower that she was stalking her prey and dropped into a hunting crouch, all senses locked on the squirrel before her that had been the culprit of the noise. As it turned out, Graywind's training still held strong despite the pair not having sessions together every day, and Violetsky caught the little creature and buried it without much trouble.

Violetsky attempted to catch a squirrel. Catch was successful!
