Stoneheart growled at her former mentor's continued grip on her, twisting to jab a paw at his ribs. He couldn't hold her for much longer though, and when he finally let go she was going to show him just how much she had learned since her days as an apprentice.
Stoneheart used Front Paw Blow for -5 sp, dealing -7 damage.

Stormwatcher refaced his opponent as she had gotten away from his grip. He narrowed his eyes focusing on her and wondering if she felt as tired as he did this late into the rounds.
He darted forward hoping that he could bowl her over and get at her belly that way.
Stormwatcher attempts belly rake for 25 sp Rolling dice... Success
The big warrior slammed into her sending her sprawling and her belly wide open. He pawed at it being very careful not to actually hurt her but the message was clear, if this had been a real fight and that had happened it would have been very serious and worst case even potentially fatal if the enemy wanted that.
He breathed heavily exhausted as he let her back up.
"Ok stoneheart... not bad. We still got work to do though" he finally spoke as he offered a paw back up for her.
He was proud of her for the level of fight she had put up. Proud that this was his apprentice.
"Well wolfy? what da ya think? Deserve a nap yet? he asked their deputy. He was pretty sure wolf saw him as the lazy little brother... and while that was fine by him at least she would see he could still fight if that day ever came.

Stormwatcher suddenly bowled her over, and Stoneheart hissed as his paws caught her belly. Dirty... Dirty trick the old tom had pulled. In a real fight, that would have ended things very quickly, or put them near to ending.
"Yeah, yeah... You got me this time." Stoneheart grumbled good-naturedly, rolling back to her paws. "I want a rematch soon, though." She added.
Stormwatcher turned toward Wolfblossom, and Stoneheart was almost embarrassed that she'd lost to him in front of the deputy... But Stormwatcher had been the better cat this time. And she was curious to hear what the deputy would say.

Wolfblossom had watched the sparring session while quietly off to the side, but as the spar wrapped up she allowed herself a smile. "Well done, both of you." She mewed, whiskers twitching in amusement as Stormwatcher joked about a nap. "That belly rake was riskier than I would have gone for, personally, but as risky as it is, it can also end things easily."
"I'd say you both earned a break... For now. Dusk patrol is still happening later." She grinned.
