Thankfully, the snake proved easy to deal with once she had stunned it, with Crowpaw dealing the final blow before Harechaser could warn her off. Her stubbornness, Harechaser reflected, very much reminded the warrior of herself as an apprentice. Maybe that ran in the family. "You did well, Crowpaw." She purred. "Thanks, I try." She added with a grin. She owed her skill to Swiftheart, of course.
"I know it doesn't look like much, but go straight to Fuzzybelly when we get to camp, just in case." Harechaser added, still somewhat fretful over the injury, no matter how minor it seemed on the surface. The reassurance could've been adrenaline too, though Harechaser sincerely hoped Crowpaw was right. "Come on, let's take the prey we caught back."
