Xaan's Commissions
Rules (read first) By submitting a commission request, you agree to all of the Terms of Service listed out below. If any of the terms of service are broken, I have the right to cancel the commission without refund. I've never had to do this, but be aware.
Terms of Service.
1. Commissions may be refused for any reason, without an explanation given.
2. I complete commissions on other social media as well, and I generally complete all commissions on a first-come-first-serve basis. Be aware that there will be a wait period.
3. You may request an update through PMs or Discord DMs after 2 weeks without an update.
4. I will only accept commissions from people 16+. This is to ensure safety of young minors when it comes to money on the internet, as well as ensure that I will be paid properly.
5. I accept payment through PayPal. When a commission is approved, I will contact you privately through PMs or Discord DMs to get your paypal info and an invoice will be sent to you. Invoices MUST be paid up front before work begins.
6. After a sketch is approved, any MAJOR changes will come with a monetary fee.
7.If I need to cancel a commission due to IRL circumstances, the client will receive a full refund.
8. If a client needs to cancel a commission before sketch phases have begun, it will be refunded in full. If it has passed the sketch phase, it will be refunded by 50%. If it is more than 80% complete by my judgment, it will not be eligible for a refund.
9. Commissioned artwork may not be used for commercial purposes unless previously discussed with an additional monetary fee.
