Starlingflare felt.. well excited. He had an apprentice, he was meant to teach her. For once he was excited to hunt to show her how it was done. Of course.. He wasn't the best at it these days due to his injury, but he could still teach her the proper way, to show her how to be the best hunter she could be. Of course he would show her how to fight later on, but hunting was the best place to start.

"Come on Brindlepaw," He called to his apprentice, as he moved through the territory. "We are almost there, then we can start with today's lesson." He was taking her to what he considered a good beginners spot, prey was always plentiful in this spot, but with how harsh this leaf-bare was? He wasn't sure either of them could catch something. Finally he reached the spot, and he paused. "Alright, we are here. Show me what you've got." He said with a smile. He wanted to see what she picked up around camp, and he would correct it as he needed.
