She could smell the scent markers.. While they weren't the freshest like the clans were, it was still very clear that some cat owned this barn.. Or thought they did. She was here to change that. She wanted this territory for the Forgotten Order. The more places they had, the better it would be for the growing order.

Tornshadow stepped inside the barn, azure eyes narrowed as she looked around. She didn't know who was here, but she was going to make herself know. "Whoever is here, you need to leave immediately. I'm claiming this barn for the Forgotten Order." If someone was going to stop her, they better make themselves known now.

Theron had been curled up in the higher parts of the barn, chin resting on her paws as she let out a heavy sigh - finding that she was rather missing home, to be honest. She had been on her own for a bit - becoming a bit too homesick to put up her standard ditzy facade of being unaware of her namesake. Her eyes closed, a heavy sigh escaping her. She knew she would have to pick herself up sooner or later - she wasn't anywhere close to her goal and she wasn't about to turn tail and return home just because she was missing her family. She had left for a reason, she knew this was a risk...

Her ears flickered at the sound of pawsteps, a voice calling out - a cat claiming she had to leave. The Forgotten Order? Her nose wrinkled at that name, unfamiliar with that group but she didn't feel great about it... Mostly when they were just trying to force her out of here when she wad doing nothing. She pushed herself to her paws, padding to the edge to look down at the she-cat that was stalking around the barn. Hm... Her tail twitched, quickly trying to decide what to do. She really didn't want to fight but... She had grown attached to this barn, it was the closest spot to the Clans where she had felt safe - she wasn't about to go digging around for a new home when she wasn't even causing any trouble. Her claws dug into the wood beneath her, a moment of hesitation as she knew she could try to talk to her, convince her to back off - maybe they could come to an agreement but if things went poorly... She was rusty - her sister would be so disappointed for letting her battle skills be forgotten.

A sigh escaped from her, before she threw herself from the upper part of the barn - straight at the invader. Paws rammed into Tornshadow's side as Theron landed, trying to bring the she-cat to the ground before she leapt away and arched her back, fur fluffing. "I don't know who you are but I'm not giving up this place so easily," she hissed, trying to look bigger than she actually was as she tensed her muscles to ready for whatever the stranger would do. "So, either we can talk about this and come to terms that could maybe work for the both of us...Or I guess we will settle this the hard way," she offered. She really didn't want to fight but... This was the closest thing she had to a home. She was already feeling homesick enough, she wasn't about to be chased out of here.

It seemed she didn't even get the chance of doing this the easy way. She would have sighed if it wasn't for the pain of the wound the cat had already given her. She pulled herself out and away from the other before jumping at the she-cat herself, trying to pin the other.

A startled hiss escaped Theron as the she-cat lunged at her, silently cursing herself for starting the battle out but honestly - she had a feeling it was either fight or flee... She certainly wasn't interested in joining any groups, not when her loyalty would forever lie with her family and she could bet it would be the only way this 'Forgotten Order' would let her stay in the barn if they were so determined to take it. As the she-cat tried to pin her down, Theron's eyes closed as she thought back onto the lessons her father had taught her - and what her sister had retaught her over and over again. Panicking wasn't good, she had to focus. Drop, roll, jump to paws - if she was lucky...

With a huff, she dropped to the ground as quickly as she could, letting the she-cat's weight help her before she threw everything she had into jerking to the side - and if she was lucky, giving her a moment to escape. But it seemed the she-cat was smart on such a tactic, a huff escaping her as she realized that she had failed to give her a moment to slip away. Another curse escaped her, wiggling her body to try to get into a better position and instead starting attempting to bunny kick her way to freedom.

Tornshadow could feel the she-cat trying to escape her grasp, and she wasn't going to let her. Not that easily anyway. She was going to let go when she felt it was right. The gold and white she-cat dug her claws in harder, dealing a little more damage, getting a little bit more blood to run before finally jumping off the she-cat. This was far from over, she would get this cat out of here one way or another.

Theron bit back a yowl as the claws dug deeper into her, before her opponent leapt away. She grimaced as she rolled to her paws, keeping her body low as she quickly took in where Tornshadow had placed herself as she tried to come up with a strategy. They were nearly evenly skilled as far as she could tell - honestly, it was getting hard to see who would come out the victor. If she could throw the she-cat off her balance or get an advantage... She grimaced, tail lashing - she would have to see what opportunities would arise. With a grimace, she darted forward - mouth opening in a hiss before her jaws latched onto the she-cat's shoulder, trying to bite down as hard as she could.

A surprised yowl escaped Theron as claws raked across her face, causing her to stumble backwards as her shook her head - spattering both her blood and Tornshadow's across the wooden floor. Her lips curled at the strong taste of blood that lingered in her mouth, hating how distinct it was - she would know the taste of blood no matter what. It was going to take sunrises to get the taste out of her mouth. With a growl, she darted forward and lashed out at the she-cat, eyes searching for a way to quickly end the fight.

Tornshadow accepted the blow. She knew this battle was drawing to a close, and she had to find a way to finish this fight. She needed to get ahead. She needed this territory to show that she would help the Order in anyway she could. Plus this would give the kits a safe place to hunt that wasn't in the middle of clan territory. Quickly she withdrew from the other she-cat bounding to the nearest pillar and using it, like a tree, to spring off and pin the other she-cat down once again.

Theron's ears perked, eyes glimmering with a speckle of hope as Tornshadow pulled away - praying that she had won the fight and that the invader was retreating. However the quick movement that followed - the she-cat suddenly leaping at one of the strange thin trees that grew in the barn caused her to pause. That... Her father had taught her all that he knew about the Clans - their strengths, the little details he knew how they fought. ...That was a SkyClan style wasn't it? Why did sh- In all honestly, it was a poor choice for Theron to get distracted like she did. Suddenly it hit her how badly it was - just when Tornshadow hit her. Heavy paws sent her to the ground - with enough movement to roll if it wasn't for the fact that she was now pinned. A groaned escaped her, shaking her head as her eyes now flickered with fear. This...This wasn't turning out well - she had to end this quickly. Just...Just when she was able to find her paws again.

Tornshadow couldn't help the smirk on her face as she successfully pinned the other. A free chance to do the damage she wanted. Taking full advantage of this chance she raked her sharp claws down the she-cat's back, digging in to cause as much pain as possible.

Theron let out a yowl as claws raked down her back, before with all of her strength, she flipped herself over. With a hiss, she lashed out with her back paws - striking Tornshadow in the stomach to kick the she-cat off of her before she quickly jumped to her paws and made a leap at the she-cat - claws slashing wildly in an effort to finally just drive the invader off...Knowing that it was now or never.

She saw the attack coming. She knew that the other was trying to finish it here and now, but she wasn't going to let that happen. Not now, not when she was so close. She quickly stepped back out of the way trying to avoid the attack, searching for any opening that allowed her to strike back. Once she saw it she lashed out.
