Azure eyes beamed with nothing short of intense excitement, as more of his clanmates and cats who were essentially family to his parents, and by extension him, poured into the nursery. Various trinkets were presented to them all, his sister, Magepiekit receiving a weird and shiny two-leg contraption, one that immediately caught his eye. His father offered his other sister a goose feather, a reference to her namesake. Within a heartbeat he had a feather dropped at his paws by the brown-and-white tabby, and his eyes glimmered with overwhelming happiness.

"A feather? All for me?" His voice betrayed how his heart felt like it was going to burst out of his chest - he loved the gift, a prize from the bird he was named after. "Thank you!" He purred, weaving around his fathers legs some more, before remembering the two-leg items gifted to his sister. Buzzardkit went to to turn to investigate the mirror, before he was greeted with prey and a- wait, who's Vulturekit? He glanced wildly around the nursery, not knowing a kit by that name, before the intrigue wore off and he was excited to try some of the hare provided by one of his mother's friends, Bassfall.

Remember your manners! A cross voice popped up in his head, sounding vaguely like Swiftspirit. Snapping his overly open-wide jaws shut, he thought to thank the molly. "Thank you Bassfall!" The tom-kit chirped, taking a big mouthful, rapidly finding that he bit off far more than he could chew, and struggled through eating, refusing to show his mistake. Almost immediately he was beginning to feel full, and thank the stars, because his mother could probably use some way more than the adventurous kit.

A new voice joined the fray, and he felt excited to see an apprentice in the nursery - not just the medicine cat, or another friend of his parent's. An invitation was thrown out to Vulturekit again - seriously, what was Buzzardkit missing? - but he nodded enthusiastically at the proposal, desperately wanting to play with the apprentice. Goosekit was often too distant to play, and Magpiekit preferred her shiny objects, so the invitation was welcomed. "I wanna play! Me! Please! Swiftspirit, Timbersun can I pleeaaasseee go play with him?" Buzzardkit whined a little to both parents, flicking his head between them as he said their names, itching to learn about this game, buzzard feather and hare momentarily forgotten.

Magpiekit had barely noticed her aunt slip into the nursery, but the second the shiny Twoleg thing caught her eye, her head whipped around with such speed that it made the kit momentarily dizzy. But it was so cool. "Thank you Hentooth!" She said, already pawing at the strange object. When Swiftspirit took it away, she was about to protest, only to get it back seconds later. She'd never properly seen her own reflection before, only in puddles, since most of the clearest streams were far out of camp.

When Ashfall joined the group, Magpiekit quickly worked out the grey she-cat brought nothing for her, so she quickly moved on, and in the pure chaos that was now the nursery, she also got a gift from her father. Another Twoleg thing, which fascinated her further. Most of what she had in her collection so far consisted of pretty rocks or feathers, natural things. These strange items were unfamiliar, and that just made them more interesting. "Thank you, thank you, and thank you!" She said once again, still trying to work out the best way to pick up the loop, and eventually just dragged it towards her nest with a claw. She could work out what it was alter, when there were less cats in the nursery and she was bored and alone.

Unlike her brother, Magpiekit didn't bother asking for permission before rushing out to join Hentooth and Flamepaw, eager to get out of the stuffy nursery. "I'll join! I'm so good at rabbit-chase, you'll never see me coming!"

Goose’kit passed she didn’t want to get into a chase she had other things to do, now that she was 5 moons old she could take down anything she wanted. But that wasn’t the worst “I’m saying! If y’all challenge me to anything i say anything! Y’all be dead after i win”Goose’kit said, her eyes were the most hazel color she could see when she said that, but she meant it. She lightly lifted her paws and joined. It would hurt to almost kill a rabbit
