OrangeHeart was sitting in camp wandering around and decided he was starving and went to get something from the fresh-kill pile. Then he saw his old apprentice WaterLily and decided to talk to her “ Hi WaterLily.” then he realized he had nothing else to say so he came up with a question. “ How have things been going recently?” he couldn’t think of anything else to ask so he waited for a response.

Waterlily walked up to the fresh- kill pile that nice leaf-fall day. She picked up a rabbit in her mouth and dropped it on the ground. She began tearing the flesh off and swallowing some of the skin. Rabbit definitely was not her favorite, but it was pretty good. A familiar voice hit her ear and she looked up from her food to see that it was her mentor. "Hi Orangeheart," she replied. "Fine. What about you?"

After a pretty average day he didn’t really know how to reply so he replied with ”Mostly Fine” because as soon as he said it a thought struck him. How he was dealing with SkyClan cats happened recently but that was pretty much it. So he decided to sit down with her. Then added on “except for the fact that SkyClan cats have crossed the border and me having to deal with them the past 2 days. he just had to get that off his chest of all things.

"Yes," she replied.  She sat down, curling her tail tightly around herself.  "Skyclan cats can be pretty annoying."  She shook her head.  Skyclan had been trouble for some of the other clans these past moons.  Such as starting a war with Windclan.  However, they did not cause as much trouble as a war with Thunderclan, at least for right now and what she hoped would be forever, so for that she was grateful.  "Although, who knows, maybe they think were annoying as well," she joked.

She looked out as a nice leaf-fall breeze hit her fur.  "Do you like leaf-fall?"  She asked in a sudden change of conversation.

After hearing her reply he was pleased that she agreed. And in response to her question he said. “Yes watching the leaves slowly fall can be amusing at times do you?” he grabbed a vole from the fresh-kill pile after realizing what he even came over for.
