Swanpaw found herself at the river's edge, she watched the fish swim around like it was nothing, they didn't seem to know the little she-cat was there. So, she just watched, any good warrior would know that this would've been a great chance to catch some fish for their clan but Swanpaw didn't really know how to hunt... Yet.

Of course no cat knew how to hunt when they were first apprenticed. Not even her mentor, the deputy.

And that was a whole other thing. Why had Loonwhisper gone out of his way to mentor her? Out of every cat, why her? Her name was.. a bird's name. That's what Loonwhisper mentioned. But that seemed to be the only similarity between them. Here she was, at the river's edge. When will that cat get here? She blinked her orange eyes as she heard paw steps approaching, she sat upright, her many questions could be answered later. Now was not the time.
