Briarthorn was just about to lash out at the snake once again when Mistyfalcon showed up and swiftly took care of it. Staring down at the creature, she mewed in a gruff tone, "I'm fine." She glanced towards where she'd left her prey and walked toward it with a sigh, and picked it up gently between her teeth. "Unless you prefer to stay out longer, we can probably head back to camp now and drop off this prey." She mewed quietly, flicking her tail toward Mistyfalcon's catches as well.

Briarthorn said she was fine, and for Mistyfalcon that was enough. He trusted that Briarthorn wouldn't be brash and stupid about her own health, and it wasn't his duty to shepherd her to the medicine den. She seemed to be moving around just fine, so Mistyfalcon saw little need for concern now that the snake had been dealt with.

"Fine by me." Mistyfalcon nodded at the older warrior. He turned to retrieve his catch, and would fall into step beside her on the way back to camp.
